"For those of you who do not know, our boys will be leaving Goddard as we will be moving to Columbus. I would like to thank you all for the wonderful years we have spent with you. We have been so thankful to have such a great group of people teaching, nurturing and loving the boys. We can't express enough appreciation for the comfort level that you have provided to us as working parents knowing that they are in good hands in a great environment! I truly wish we could take you and The Goddard School to Columbus with us. Thank you again, and good luck to all of you!" ~ The Garske Family, Northfield
"The Goddard School located in Macedonia is a wonderful place for children to grow. My thirteen month old daughter loves the infant room and is treated with great care. It's hard to leave your child in the hands of someone other than yourself but I have a great deal of trust in this school and feel very confident that my child is getting the kind of care she needs. I highly recommend The Goddard School to anyone looking for a clean and fun place for their child to grow during the day." ~ Lori S., Sagamore Hills
"We LOVE The Goddard School! My daughter, who is now almost five years old, started at the Twinsburg location when she was four months old. When the new location in Macedonia opened up closer to our home, we switched both of our girls. They made us feel so welcome from day one. They have been extremely accommodating with our daughters' food allergies. The owner, director and teachers are always so kind and caring! In addition, the learning is wonderful. I am very confident my oldest daughter is ready for kindergarten in the fall. Thanks so much." ~ The VanValkenburg Family, Sagamore Hills
"Perhaps the most difficult thing you can do as a parent is drop your child off in a room full of strangers for the first time. So, dropping our daughter off that first day was one of the hardest decisions we have ever made. While we drove away, we knew she was in great hands. When we both arrived at work, The Goddard School located in Macedonia already e-mailed us a picture of our daughter. It was taken just moments after we left. She was laughing having a great time. We never question if we made the right move that day, we know we made the right move for our daughters' future. We are amazed every day at the education she is receiving. The daily note keeps us up to speed on everything that is happening in class. We look forward to reading it as a proud parent reads a report card. Before she was three, she had a strong understanding of English, Spanish and sign language. We are blown away by some of the art projects she brings home every day. She understands concepts like shapes, sizes, colors, decision making, social interaction, music, movement - the list is endless. But, a school is only as good as its teachers. I cannot begin to say enough great things about the teachers at The Goddard School. They become a part of your family. We have never had a question unanswered. They treat our child with the same love and caring that she gets at home. They are great. The most important thing is that we know our daughter is already ahead in the education process. She will be more than prepared for Kindergarten, when that day comes." ~ B.B.'s Family, Macedonia
"You have been so good to us and words cannot express how thankful I am for the home-away-from-home feeling I have about Goddard. Educationally, physically, socially and emotionally, your school has been so good for Mara. I am impressed and inspired by all the ways your system works and by all the ways you cared for her. Please know that she will miss all of you in her own way and I will miss all of you in mine. You have become a part of our lives that will be treasured forever. In photo collages of Mara on our walls, we proudly display Mr. Chris (standing with the graduates), Miss Sandy (handing Mara her diploma), Miss Karen Ann (with a table of happy chicklings awaiting the Thanksgiving feast), Miss Cortney (holding Mara as she did in those earlier days), and photos of Mara and Brynn and friends running around on the playground. We treasure every precious memory and I know I always will. I will forever be thankful for the ways you have shaped my daughter's development in all the right ways to get her ready for kindergarten and for the good feelings I will always have about the start of Mara's education." ~ Kelly B., Macedonia
"I was on the way to school this morning when I discovered that one of the major roads near us (Twinsburg Road) had not been plowed very well. I heard on the radio that we were in for lake effect snow throughout the day. So, I turned the car around and headed back home. My daughter began to cry a little and sincerely told me that she wanted to go to school. I explained to her that I was going to work from home and that it would be fun. She then told me again in a very disappointed tone (along with a few more genuine tears) that she wanted to go to school. It's a cute story, but I think it's a true testament to what type of school you and the teachers have created. She REALLY enjoys going to Goddard! Thank you for all of your hard work in creating such a wonderful place for our children to attend school." ~ The Klingensmith Family, Macedonia
