Grady & Michelle Smallwood - Goddard School Owners - Grady and Michelle are the parents of a young daughter and recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. Their family is the basis for the reason that they chose Goddard. They have been residents of the Dallas/Fort Worth area for twenty years and are happy to be able to provide Goddard’s outstanding program to the children in the Keller community. Marquita Rollins-White - Educational Director - Marquita is the Director at our School located in Keller. Marquita has great educational and working experience in Early Childhood Education including Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees. In addition, she also has ten years of in-class teaching experience. Marquita’s love and drive for the development of young children is an asset that will help The Goddard School develop and grow.

Ms. Marshall - Lead Teacher - Ms. Marshall is an energetic lead teacher with our Pre-K team. Ms. Marshall has a degree in Child Development and has over twenty years of experience in the classroom. When not in the classroom, Ms. Marshall loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as taking child development classes and learning as much as she can. Ms. Black - Lead Teacher - Ms. Black is a part of our Preschool team with over four years of experience in the classroom. With an education background, Ms. Black brings excitement and creative learning experiences into the classroom. When out of the classroom, Ms. Black loves spending time with her two young daughters, niece and nephew as well as other family members. Ms. Black’s energy, creativity and genuine love for the children are great assets to children, parents and The Goddard School.
Mrs. Howard, Assistant Teacher Mrs. Howard joins the Goddard team with twenty years of in-class experience with toddlers to school-age children. Her passion for children and love of teaching is an asset to children, parents and The Goddard School.

Ms. Thomas - Lead Teacher/Asst. Director Ms. Thomas serves as a lead teacher as well as assistant Director. She has over 10 years of administrative and in-class experience as well as a master's degree in education. When not in the classroom she loves spending quality time at sporting events with her three children. Ms. Thomas' experience, knowledge and energy are all great assets to the Goddard School family.
