Faculty Bios

Jackson, NJ

Luciana R., Assistant Director Ms. Luciana greets each child with a warm hello and smile as they arrive to school each day. She is always available to answer questions or assist our families with anything they may need. She has worked in the field of early childhood education since 2000 and has been a member of our Goddard School family for over five years. She is currently pursuing her degree in early childhood education.

Kaitlin M. -

  • Teacher in the Peppy Panda classroom, which is also our Full Day Kindergarten.
    Ms. Kaitlin graduated from Monmouth University with a BA in Special Education and English. She was inspired to become a teacher by her 3rd grade teacher who always made every lesson fun.
  • Barbara D. - Lead Teacher in the Happy Hippos classroom.
    Ms. Barb is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree at Kean University. She has been working with children since 1998. Her grandmother, who taught until she was 90 years old, was her inspiration to become a teacher.

    Tina G. -

  • Assistant Teacher in the Happy Hippos room. 
  • Ms. Tina graduated from New Jersey City University with a BA in Early Childhood Education and History. She began teaching in 1990. Ms. Tina was inspired to become a teacher because it is rewarding to teach a child a skill they will use for a lifetime.

    Alison D. -

  • Lead teacher in the Zany Zebra classroom.
    Ms. Alison is a graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She has worked with children since 1999. She was inspired to become a teacher after spending one of her summers as a camp counselor.

    Brenda P. -

  • Assistant Teacher in the Zany Zebra room.
  • Ms. Brenda is currently working to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification. She began teaching in 1996. Ms. Brenda was inspired to become a teacher because teaching a young child a skill is knowledge they will use for a lifetime.

    Laura S. -

  • Assistant Teacher in the Groovy Giraffes classroom.
    Ms. Laura has her Associate's degree in Education. She has worked with children since 1994. Ms. Laura was inspired to become a teacher by her Second Grade Teacher who always made everyday exciting and fun!
  • Diane H. - Lead Teacher in the Terrific Toucan Classroom/Assistant Director Ms. Diane is a graduate of Georgian Court University and has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. She is a certified teacher who has worked in the field of early childhood education for over 20 years. She joined our Goddard School family in 2006 and each day provides a fun and exciting learning environment for all of the children in her care. She was a 2010 recipient of the Terri Lynne Lokoff National Child Care Teacher Award. 

    Molly T. -

  • Assistant Teacher in the Curious Kangaroo room.
    Ms. Molly has taught since 2003. She attended Jersey City State College to obtain her Child Development Associates (CDA) certificate. She was inspired to become a teacher by her own children.

    Amy H. - Lead Teacher in the Loveable Leopard room. Ms. Amy has her Child Development Associates (CDA) certification from Ocean County College. She has worked with children since 1992. She was inspired to become a teacher by a lifelong friend who works in childcare as well.

    Leia R - Assistant teacher in the Loveable Leopards. Ms. Leia attended Phoenix University. She was inspired to become a teacher by her 8th grade teacher who always made learning an adventure and was easy to talk to.

    Dina N. -

  • Co-Teacher in the Cuddly Cubs classroom.
    Ms. Dina is graduated from Georgian Court University with a BA in Elementary Education. She began working with children in 1997. Ms. Dina was inspired to become a teacher because it makes her happy to help children grow and learn.
  • Raquel M

  • Co-teacher in the Cuddly Cub classroom.
  • Ms. Raquel has been working with children since 1999. She was inspired to work with children because she has always enjoyed taking care of all of her younger siblings and cousins so she decided to make a career out of it.

    Liz A After school assistant in the Peppy Pandas. Ms. Liz is currently attending Georgian Court University to obtain a B.A. in English, Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She began working with children in 2004.  Ms. Liz was inspired to become a teacher by her first grade teacher who always made learning fun.

    Keri B.

  • Ms. Keri is the Assistant Teacher in our Toddler classroom.
  • She has earned her Child Development Associate Degree and has been working in the field of early childhood education for over five years. She decided to be an educator because she enjoys guiding young children as they learn new things.

    Miss Lisa  Owner/Director - Miss Lisa has worked in the field of education for over twenty three years.  She possesses degrees in both Elementary Education and Educational Administration and has varied experience with age levels from infant through middle school.  She draws upon her expertise to work collaboratively with the teachers to provide a well balanced fun educational experience for all of the children attending the school.

    Miss Meredith Assistant Teacher in the Terrific Toucan Classroom. Miss Meredith is a graduate of Georgian Court University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education as well as a minor in Psychology. She has worked with children at the early childhood level for over two years and is adept in planning and implementing fun and engaging learning activities. 

    Miss Morgan The lead teacher in our Groovy Giraffe classroom, Miss Morgan began her career in education in 2005.  She is an experienced educator with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington, State University and her teaching license from Regis University in Colorado.  Her classroom is always alive with the buzz of active and happy children engaged in a variety of hands-on learning activities.
