Krysta Friedrich and Judy Morganthall - Owners Krysta Friedrich and Judy Morganthall are a mother and daughter team. Krysta earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the College of Charleston and is a former Kindergarten Teacher. One of her goals is for children to enjoy learning and to be fully prepared, both socially and academically, for Kindergarten. Judy has a background in Journalism and Marketing and has worked in communications departments for a public school system and a hospital/healthcare system.

Leigh Broome Director Leigh Broome has worked in childcare and education for 19 years. She has her bachelor’s degree in education from UNC-Charlotte and her associate of arts degree from Central Piedmont Community College. She’s worked in the Cabarrus County Schools, worked for the North Carolina Rated License Project through UNC-Greensboro and was director of a Mooresville childcare center.

Amber- Administrative Assistant, Amber has a degree in American Sign Language from Gardner-Webb University. Amber has been in childcare for over 4 years and holds her North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials.

Ms. Barbara - Ms. Barbara is the Lead Teacher in our Infant room. She has her Associate of Science degree in Child Development from Allegheny Community College in Pittsburgh. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood for over a decade and has earned her North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials.

Ms. Ashley Ms. Ashely is the teacher assistant in the Infant room. She has her Early Childhood Credentials from Central Piedmont Community College and is currently working toward her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has 3 years of experience working in childcare.

Ms. Kimberly - Ms. Kimberly has her Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development from South Piedmont Community College in Monroe, North Carolina. She is the Lead Teacher in our Toddler room. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood for over four years. She has also earned her North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials.

Ms. Lindsay - Ms. Lindsay is the Co Lead Teacher in the Young Toddler room. She has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood for two years.

Ms. Priscilla - Ms. Priscilla is the Lead Teacher in our Get Set room. She has an Associate's degree in Science from Morris County College. She earned her Early Childhood credentials through the State of North Carolina. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood for over three years.

Ms. Sheena Ms. Sheena is the Co Lead Teacher in the Young Preschool three year old room. Ms. Sheena is working on her Associate's Degree from South Piedmont Community College. She has worked in childcare for 8 years.

Ms. Tina Marie Ms. Tina Marie is the Co Lead Teacher in the Young Preschool three year old room. Ms. Tina Marie has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood and her Early Childhood Credentials. She has worked in childcare for 6 years.

Ms. Tina - Ms. Tina is the lead Teacher in our Three-Year-Old room. She graduated with her Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from South Piedmont Community College in Monroe, NC. She earned her Early Childhood credentials through the State of North Carolina. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood for over four years.

Ms. Kristina - Ms. Kristina is the Lead Teacher in our Prekindergarten room. She has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood for a year and has earned her North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials.

Ms. Kelly Ms. Kelly is the Co Lead Teacher in the Prekindergarten room. Ms. Kelly has her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from UNC-Charlotte and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Education at Wingate University, Matthews campus.

Mr. Samuel - Mr. Samuel is the Lead Teacher in our Junior Kindergarten room. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio, where he earned his North Carolina teaching certificate. He taught in a public school system for two years as a Second and Fifth Grade Teacher. He has worked in the field of Early Childhood for nearly three years and has his North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials and is NC Level 11 Certified.

Ms. Jackie Ms. Jackie has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Jersey City State College. Ms. Jackie is a floater. She has worked in early childhood for over 13 years.
