Welcome! Our Faculty:  Our School’s faculty includes teachers experienced in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education and/or Child Development. Together with our Educational Director, they design developmentally appropriate plans that encourage each child to excel at their own pace.

Miss Carol - On Site Owner- Miss Carol is the new owner of The Goddard School located in Howell. She has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology from Rutgers University and earned her teaching certification in 2009. All three of Miss Carol's daughters are Goddard graduates!

Miss Alison- Educational Director- Miss Alison is our Educational Director.  She has been with the School since it opened in June 1999. Miss Alison is a certified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Georgian Court University. Her hard work and dedication earned her the award of Director of the Year in 2000. She has two grown children and resides in Howell.

Miss Ellen - Assistant Director- Miss Ellen is an Assistant Director. She has been with our School since March of 2000. Miss Ellen is a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Psychology. She also graduated from Georgian Court University with an Elementary Education degree. She has taught in both Howell and Jackson Townships. She has two sons and a daughter of her own and lives with her family in the Howell area.

Miss Chris- Infant Lead Teacher- Miss Chris is the Lead Teacher in our Infant class. She is currently enrolled in Goddard University's CDA program and has been a part of our School since January 2004. She lives with her family in Howell.

Miss Catherine- First Steps Lead Teacher- Miss Catherine is the Lead Teacher in our First Steps classroom which is for children aged 18 months to 2 years old.  She has been with our School since September 1999 and is completing her CDA (Child Development Associates) certification through Goddard University. Miss Catherine resides nearby in Jackson.

Miss Donna- Toddler Lead Teacher- Miss Donna has been with us since January 2001 and is the lead teacher in our Toddler classroom. She has a Business degree from Brookdale Community College and a Group Teacher Certification through New Jersey Registry. Miss Donna resides in Howell with her husband and children.

Miss Jeanine- Get Set Lead Teacher- Miss Jeanine is the lead teacher in our Get Set program.  She has completed her CDA certification through Brookdale Community College and continues to keep it updated. Miss Jeanine has been with our school since August 2006 and lives with her son in Howell.

Miss Melissa- Preschool II Lead Teacher- Miss Melissa is the lead teacher in our Preschool classroom, The Terrific Toucans. She has several years of experience with early childhood education and is currently working on her CDA certification. She is very excited to lead our Preschool program, providing a nurturing environment where the children can develop important skills and foster their independence.

Miss Dominique- Preschool  Lead Teacher- Miss Dominique is the lead teacher in our Preschool classroom, The Jumping Jaguars.  She has her Elementary Education degree and certification of Teacher of Students with Disabilities. In addition, she has completed her Masters of Arts in Teaching. She is excited to utilize her knowledge and creativity to make each year a fun learning experience for our children.

Miss Donnel- Pre-K Lead Teacher- Miss Donnel is the lead teacher in our Pre-K classroom. She is a graduate of Monmouth University with a Masters degree in Elementary Education. Miss Donnel has several years experience with preschoolers and has been with our School since August 2008. She and her family reside in Toms River.

Miss Fran- Pre-K II Lead Teacher- Miss Fran is lead teacher in our Pre-K II classroom. She is a graduate of the College of Staten Island with a Bachelor's in Education. She lives with her family in Jackson.

Miss Lisa- Kindergarten Lead Teacher- Miss Lisa is the lead teacher of our Kindergarten classroom.  She is a graduate of California University in Pennsylvania with a degree in Elementary Education.  She also has an Associates degree in Psychology.  Miss Lisa joined our School in April 2000. She resides in Browns Mills with her husband and son.
