Leisa has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Oberlin College, a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. "I am excited and proud to be a part of Goddard and am committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in this neighborhood."
Brigitte Raymer, Education Director
Brigitte has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from David Lipscomb University. She has previously been the preschool director at a private preschool and has taught in preschool ages two through five. She also worked with Robertson County Schools in the preschool program. She is CPR and First Aid certified.
Mrs. Brittney, Assistant Director of Operations
I graduated from Volunteer State Community College with my Associate's degree in Business. I am currently finishing my Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Tennessee Tech University. I am very passionate about working with children of all ages. I have over four years of experience working in the early childhood field in different capacities.
Mrs. Kelley, Assistant Director of Curriculum
I graduated from Lynwood Christian Academy and then attended Virginia Western Community College to work towards my Associate's degree. I have taught Pre-K at a private preschool and was a Special Education Assistant in Sumner County. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family and horses.
Infant Lead Teacher - Mrs. Brittani Mrs. Brittani attended Tennessee State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education. She has over six years' experience working in the field of education with children of all ages.
Infant Assistant Teacher-Ms. Joanna
I graduated from Gallatin High School and then attended Volunteer State Community College where I earned my Child Development Associate. I have over eight years experience working with children in a variety of settings. I have worked as a preschool teacher in the private preschool setting, as well as served at my church and as a nanny for different families.
First Steps Lead Teacher - Mrs. Tricia Mrs. Tricia attended the University of Northern Colorado where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She received a master's degree in counseling from the Denver Seminary. She has over eight years of experience working in the field of education and has worked as a director and teacher of all ages.
First Steps Assistant Teacher - Mrs. Jessica Mrs. Jessica is currently pursuing her child development associate's degree from Volunteer State Community College. She has over three years' experience working with children of all ages. Her experience includes working in a preschool setting with children ages two through five, and working in a before- and after-care program at a local elementary school.
Young Toddler Lead Teacher-Ms. Tracy
I received my Child Development Associate in 2010 and I am currently enrolled at Volunteer State Community College to obtain an Associates degree in Elementary Education. I have over three years experience working with children in an Early Childhood environment. I love to watch each child grow and learn in their own unique way. I have worked with children from 18 months through 5 years old.

I am currently finishing my Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and Child Studies from Western Kentucky University. I have worked with children in a variety of different childcare settings over the past several years.
Toddler Assistant Teacher-Ms. Summer
I graduated from Goodpasture High School. I am very passionate about working with children of all ages. I have taught children as a nanny for several families as well as taught for the last three years in a private preschool setting. I enjoy involving parents and students in a variety of community events.
Toddler Assistant Teacher - Ms. Ashley Ms. Ashley is currently finishing her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Middle Tennessee State University. She has worked with children in a variety of different childcare settings over the past three years. Some of her experience has been as a substitute teacher in Sumner County schools and as an assistant teacher for a summer program in Murfreesboro. She enjoys working with children of all ages!

I graduated from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Minor in Psychology. I am currently working on my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Teaching English as a second language. My experience working with children has taught me so much. I have taught fifth grade in the county school system, taught preschool age children, worked as a summer camp counselor, and more!
Get Set Assistant Teacher - Ms. Ashleigh
Ms. Ashleigh graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a concentration in child development and child/family studies. She began working with preschool children after graduation and has since had many opportunities to work with children of all ages in a variety of settings.

I graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in 2007 with my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I then completed my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2009. I have been teaching for four years. I have taught pre-k, kindergarten, first grade, and preschool. I have also tutored students during the summer as well as worked as a counselor at summer camps

I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2009 with my Bachelor's degree. I have worked with children in a variety of different childcare settings. Some of my experience has been as a camp counselor for kindergarten through fifth grade students, vacation bible school teacher, and a mother's day out program. While I was attending college I worked as a head teacher in a preschool classroom at a childcare facility. Upon graduating, I was promoted to assistant director and after 5 years of work, I was promoted to director.

I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. After I graduated with my degree I taught Kindergarten for three years before moving to Tennessee. I enjoy working with children of all ages.
Pre-K Lead Teacher-Mrs. Brianne
I attended Saginaw Valley State University in Saginaw, MI. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education in 2008. I have minors in Math, Science and Early Childhood Education. As a teenager, I began babysitting and volunteering at a childcare center. Throughout college, I conducted observations in a variety of classrooms from birth through fifth grade. I have two years experience teaching second grade.
Pre-K Lead Teacher - Mrs. Stacy
Mrs. Stacy attended Tennessee State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in child development and learning. She is certified to teach Kindergarten through 8th grade and is highly qualified in reading K-8 and all subjects K-6. She has over four years of experience working in the field of education. She has worked with all ages, including teaching 1st through 3rd grades and 7th grade science.

I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in December 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I have over nine years of experience working in the early childhood field. I have worked with all ages, but most of my experience is in the Pre-K classroom.
Teaching Assistant - Ms. Mandy Ms. Mandy is currently studying elementary education and special education at Middle Tennessee State University. She has been working with children of all ages for over four years. She recently worked at a children's fitness center.

I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with my Master's degree in Elementary Education. I have thirty-three years experience teaching Kindergarten with Sumner County Schools. In May 2011, I retired from Beech Elementary School.

I am currently working on my degree at Volunteer State Community College. I plan to transfer in the fall of 2012 to further complete my degree. I have many years of experience working with children of all ages. I have been babysitting since I was fourteen years old for many children in the community.

Some of my experience has been as a volunteer with children ministries and Vacation Bible School, serving as a nanny for many families as well as working as a lead teacher for preschool through pre-k age students.
