Tracy Norman- Director - I have been working with children for over ten years in different educational settings and joined the Goddard family in July 2001. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Radford University. I have also taken many other courses in the childcare field. The well being of your children is my number one concern. I look forward to participating in that journey with all of our Goddard School children.

Michelle Morris- Asst. Director - I have been working at The Goddard School® since 2005 and I am so excited to be a part of the Goddard family! I have my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and I have been in childcare for over a decade! I can honestly say that every day has been an adventure and I look forward to being a part of your child's growth and learning.

Ms. Michelle- Hippos(Pre-K) - 8:00-5:00 Ms. Michelle has been with The Goddard School since early 2010. She graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies. Ms. Michelle completed her teaching practicum in a kindergarten and a fourth grade classroom. She has also attained her Master’s degree in education from Hopkin’s University. Her passion is working with children of all ages. Ms. Michelle enjoys children’s eagerness to learn and how they always make every day interesting!

Ms. Lacey- Floater 7:30-3:30 Ms. Lacey has worked with children for about five years and has been with The Goddard School since 2007. She has experience with all ages and loves teaching children new things. She also enjoys watching children grow and learn. Working with children is a special gift and Ms. Lacey is glad that she will be experiencing it with your child.

Ms. Joyce- Caterpillars(Infants) - 9:00-2:00 Ms. Joyce attended Georgia State University in Atlanta, her home town. She has worked with children of all ages for over 40 years now. She has worked with churches and Girl Scout troops in Georgia, Alabama, Illinois and Virginia. Ms. Joyce has taught a three-year-old Sunday school class for over twelve years and has been here at The Goddard School since 2001. She really enjoys working with infants and contributing to their early development.

Ms. Alicia- Catapillars(Infants) - 7:00-4:00 Ms. Alicia moved from Pennsylvania about six years ago and has been teaching at The Goddard School since 2006. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University (PA). She has worked with many different age groups for almost ten years now. "Children are such a joy to teach. They definitely know how to put a smile on your face!"

Ms. Carol- Iguanas (Toddlers) - 8:00-5:00 Ms. Carol graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She has been here at The Goddard School since 2005. She has worked with many age groups and loves all of them. They make her smile and laugh everyday. Ms. Carol looks forward to spending time with your little one!

Ms. Lisa- Caterpillars(Infants) - 8:30-5:30 Ms. Lisa has been an educator for over a decade and has been at The Goddard School since 2006. She has worked with children ranging from 12 weeks to 12 years of age. Ms. Lisa has also raised three children of her own. She is currently working on completing her C.D.A. Ms. Lisa believes that the best part about her job is knowing that she helps children with their leaning process and with discovering the world and who they are.

Ms. Tiffany- Leopards(Pre-Toddlers) - 7:45-4:45 Ms. Tiffany has been working with children of all ages for around seven years and has been with The Goddard School since 2005 and she loves it. She has been attending Strayer University for about two years and she is working toward her Master's degree in Education. Ms. Tiffany plans to be a Kindergarten teacher one day. She looks forward to having a great time teaching your child!

Ms. Kim- Iguanas(Toddlers) - 7:00-4:00 Ms. Kim has been working with children for nine years. She has been with Goddard since 2007 and has enjoyed every minute! Ms. Kim is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has experience working with almost every age group, but she enjoys the toddlers the most! Ms. Kim really enjoys watching the children learn, grow and explore the world.

Ms. Melinda- Parrots(Get Set) - 8:00-5:00 Ms. Melinda has worked at The Goddard School since 2004. She has worked in childcare for over seven years. Ms. Melinda has her Associate's degree in Social Science from J. Sergeant Reynolds and plans to return to school for her Bachelor of Arts degree. She really enjoys working with children. Ms. Bonnie- Parrots (Get Set) - 7:00-3:00 Ms. Bonnie graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in health education. She has worked at The Goddard School since 2001. Ms. Bonnie is a mother and is happy to have the opportunity to work with your children and watch them grow and learn.

Ms. Sarah- Parrots (Get Set) - 9:00-6:00 Ms. Sarah lives in Louisa, Virginia. She has worked with children and here at The Goddard School since 2007 and she loves it! Previous to working at Goddard, Ms. Sarah did a lot of babysitting and knew working with children was for her. She has been able to work with all age groups. She loves watching the children grow and develop throughout their time here at Goddard.

Ms. Shelly- Lizards (Preschool) - 7:00-4:00 Ms. Shelly has been working at The Goddard School since 2005 and loves it! She has worked with children of all ages for almost 11 years now. Ms. Shelly has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. She plans to follow that with a Master’s degree in Education. Ms. Shelly loves working with children because she really enjoys watching them grow and smile. "Every day with children is new and exciting!"

Ms. Angela- Lizards(Preschool) - 8:30-5:30 Ms. Angela is currently enrolled at J. Sergeant Reynolds and is pursuing a career as a radiologist. She has been working in childcare for the past five years and has been a part of the Goddard family since 2007. Ms. Angela really enjoys working with children because every day is a new and fun experience.

Ms. Jennifer C.- Giraffes(Preschool) - 7:30-4:30 Ms. Jennifer has been here at The Goddard School since 2006. She has been working with children for over 13 years. Ms. Jennifer loves teaching children and believes she is making a difference in their lives. She has earned her CDA and hopes to further her education in Early Childhood Development. Ms. Jennifer is looking forward to working with your children this year!

Ms. Danielle- Monkeys(Pre-K) - 7:30-3:30 Ms. Danielle has her Child Development Associate’s degree and has been here at The Goddard School since 2004. Her favorite thing about working with children is that every day is a new and exciting adventure. She loves watching the progress the children make in the classroom.
