"I wanted to express how touched we were today that Miss Jackie showed such compassion and kindness toward our daughter Sawyer. Sawyer lost her dog this week and we've all been grieving. Sawyer is only in Jackie's class for an hour each morning but has really developed a bond with her, and today Jackie gave Sawyer a small stuffed dog and a card for the family expressing her understanding of our loss. The dog was meant to make Sayer feel comforted. Well it did just that, Sawyer is napping with the dog today and it meant so much to her. When our little boy was 13 weeks he had his first day at Goddard...He is now 18 months old and I never imagined how much I would grow to love this school, especially all the wonderful teachers. "My twins have been going to The Goddard School® located in Gilbert for a bit over a year. They started when they just turned one. I am amazed at how much they have learned in this year. I am shocked when they start talking about something that I haven't taught them or even talked to them about. They experience things that I would never think about to do with the them at this age - messy things like painting, husking corn, etc. And, I know we shouldn't compare children at this age, but I can't help it. I look at my friends children (the same age) who don't go to school or go to other local pre-schools. My twins are so much more advanced than they are! I wish I could say that they are little Einsteins with high IQs, but my twins are just like the other 2 year old in their class. I tell everybody I meet about the school as I am so proud of it and the progress I see with my twins." ~ Sandie
