Faculty Overview - At The Goddard School® located in Friendswood, we welcome you and your children to our school and look forward to serving you as a part of our Goddard family. Our faculty and administration have over seventy five years of combined experience working with young children. Our teachers are CPR/First Aid certified as well have SIDS training.
Kam & Nershana Hasmukh, School Owners - Kam and Nershana own and operate The Goddard School® located in Friendswood. They are proud parents of two great children who are currently enrolled at The Goddard School®. Their family and recognizing the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment are what drove their decision to open a Goddard School. They are excited to provide Goddard’s outstanding programs to the families and children in the Friendswood community.
Ms. Patty, Lead Infant Teacher (Cuddly Clouds Classroom) - Ms Patty earned a degree in Elementary Education from Abilene Christian University. She has years of experience with various age groups. Both the babies and Ms. Patty light up when they see each other, she definitely has a way with them. She loves teaching and inspiring children.
Ms. Stephanie, Lead First Steps Teacher (Galloping Galaxies Classroom) - Ms. Stephanie has a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies for Early Elementary - Fourth Grade. She has over fifteen years experience in the childcare field. Ms. Stephanie has worked with both Brazosport and Alvin Independent School Districts. She is very innovative with her lesson plans. The children pick up what she is teaching in no time. Her love for children is very obvious as they migrate to her when she walks in.
Ms. Alyssa, Lead Toddler Teacher (Playful Planets Classroom) - Ms. Alyssa is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education. She has over five years experience in teaching early childhood. Ms. Alyssa has a creative spark in her and this shows as she works with the children.
Ms. Erica, Assistant Toddler Teacher (Playful Planets Classroom) - Ms. Erica is currently pursuing an Associates degree from the College of the Mainland. She has a number of years of experience in the early childhood field. Her understanding of children and their needs makes her a valuable asset to the school.
Ms. Samantha, Lead Get Set Teacher (Super Novas Classroom) - Ms Samantha has a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies as well as an Early Childhood - Sixth Grade ESL Generalist certification. Ms Samantha has years of experience working in childcare and her creativity reflects it. She has a bubbly personality that just draws children of any age to her.
Ms. Debbie T, Lead Preschool Teacher (Space Rangers Classroom) - Ms. Debbie is currently working on her CDA. She has over thirty years experience working with young children and enjoys creating activities that will spark the interest of children of all ages. Ms. Debbie has always had a very special place in her heart for children.
Ms. Andrea, Lead Junior Kindergarten Teacher (Mighty Moons Classroom) - Ms. Andrea has an Associate's degree in Child Development and is working on obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Education. Her greatest joy is watching children engage in activities and have fun while learning. Her creativity, energy and devotion to each and every child in her room provides the warmth and nurturing environment necessary to prepare the youngsters for entering kindergarten.
Ms. Debbie E, Assistant Junior Kindergarten Teacher (Mighty Moons Classroom) - Ms. Debbie has almost ten years experience working with children and enjoys working with our children in the afternoon. Ms. Debbie has a special communication with children that shows immediately.
