Being a mother, I understand the fears of constantly looking to ensure my child has the right environment, guidance, and support to aid in development. I joined The Goddard School team because I know that these key ingredients are a part of The Goddard School philosophy.
Our program is designed to enhance the emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development of our children. We have a program for children six weeks to five years old, After-Kindergarten and After-School Enrichment programs, and a Summer Program for children eight years and under.
Our School is staffed with experienced teachers trained in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education and Child Development. Our teachers carefully plan the educational and developmental programs to stimulate the growth of our children. Our state-of-the-art custom designed building was planned to provide a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment. We have a strict "booties" policy in our Infant room. We have installed Fingersafe
®
in our classroom doorways. Fingersafe is a revolutionary door safety device that protect children from the hinge areas of doors.
We have one of the most experienced teaching faculties you will ever find in a preschool! Six Head Teachers have degrees in Education and over 86 years of combined teaching experience among them. Four of these six teachers have been with us for five or more years. Even our seven Assistant Teachers have over 72 years of combined experience in education. Of these seven Assistants, four have been with us for four to seven years. Parents tell us that faculty turnover is always a key concern. It is not a concern of the parents at our School!
We service multiple areas including Freehold, Jackson, Howell and Manalapan. Our School is located at 230 Schanck Road, which is about one mile south of the Freehold Raceway Mall. We are just off Route 9 in Freehold, turn at the Burger King on the corner, and proceed West on Schanck Road for about a 1/4 mile.
