Toni Ann Eckerson - Hello! I am the proud owner of The Goddard School® located in Forked River New Jersey! Along with my father, I am an on-site owner who gives 110% to all of our children, parents and staff. We strive for excellence in early childhood development and want to provide only the best in terms of health and safety and curriculum. I have over five and a half years experience as a director at another Goddard School in New Jersey and also had prior experience as a Toddler teacher. My degree is in Psychology with a Minor in Musical Theater and I also have two children of my own!!
Gary Schliessman - Along with my daughter, I am an owner of The Goddard School® located in Forked River. With over 30 years of business experience and two children of my own, I look forward to growing with my school and providing the best environment for children.
Carole Hoeltje - I am the Director of The Goddard School located in Forked River! I have worked at Goddard for over eight years in both administrative and teaching capacities. I am dual certified in Elementary and Early Childhood Education and have spent the past thirteen years surrounding myself with children.
Jeanna C. - I have been the Assistant Director at The Goddard School located in Forked River for three years. I graduated from Georgian Court University with a dual certificate in Elementary Education and Media Specialty. It is an absolute pleasure being a part of this wonderful Goddard family. I couldn't be happier coming to work every day and watching "our" children grow!
Nicole C. - I graduated from Georgian Court University with my degree in Elementary Education. I have four years experience working in the childcare environment and I have worked at Goddard for three years. I am the Head Teacher in the Toddler classroom! I am very excited to work with the children.
Carol M. - I have worked in the health field for the last 20 years. I worked for the Head Start program as an assistant coordinator and the last year and a half as the Health Manager. I was responsible for all the health records and screenings for 381 children. I enjoy caring for and working with children.
Sarah P. - In the last 16 years I have worked in a preschool setting, as a volunteer for scouts, as a substitute teachers aide and most recently at Build A Bear workshop. I am the mother of two boys, and I enjoy being around children and look forward to caring for yours! I am a Part-Time Floating Teachers Aide.
Vanessa E. - I am the Assistant Teacher in the First Steps classroom. I have been teaching for the last five years working in two different daycare centers. I also have taught Sunday School. In addition, I have worked as a nanny for five years. I am looking forward to working with you and your family.
Miss Patty - Miss Patty is a part-time Assistant in the Preschool program. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers and has lived in Forked River for 21 years with her husband and two children. Miss Patty has been a Sunday School Teacher, Girl Scout Leader and PTA member.
Miss Robyn C. - I am the Lead Teacher in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom! I graduated from Georgian Court University in 2005 with a dual degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. I have experience working with children at another preschool. I look forward to meeting and working with everyone! I am also a new mommy!
Miss Jessica H. - Miss Jessica is an Assistant Teacher who floats to help out where needed. She loves interacting with people, making crafts and, with her experience working in a preschool environment for the last two years, she really loves children! Children are her life, and Miss Jessica loves being a part of their lives. She also loves to make people laugh!
Sharon P. - I am the Assistant Teacher in the Toddler classroom. I graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Art and Elementary Education. I live in the area with my two children. I enjoy working with young children and I am looking forward to teaching at Goddard.
Miss Linda H. - I am the Assistant in the Pre-K classroom! I attended Glassboro State College and I have 14 years of teaching experience. I am married to a great guy and have two children of my own. I am excited to join the Goddard team.
Miss Megan - I am the Lead Teacher in the First Steps classroom. I am currently at OCC and am about to receive my degree. I have worked in the childcare field for many years. I bring a great attitude to work and am an understanding teacher.
Miss Monica - I am the Lead Teacher in the Pre-K classroom. I have lived in Lacey for the past five years with my husband and one-year-old son. I graduated from Georgian Court University with a degree in Education and Psychology. I have worked with children in many different capacities including babysitting, tutoring, volunteering and teaching.
Miss Jessica G. - Miss Jessica is an Assistant in the Darling Dreamers classroom! She was raised by her grandmother who managed an in-home childcare so she has spent time with children of all ages for her entire life. Every minute has been great! Miss Jessica loves learning new ways to teach and interact with children. She is very happy to be a part of Goddard's team.
Miss Karen - Miss Karen is an Assistant in the Preschool class at The Goddard School located in Forked River. She is a mother of three daughters and was very involved in their activities as a stay-at-home mom. Miss Karen has experience working as a Teacher's Assistant and for a childcare service. Her greatest achievement was being named Ocean County's "Mother of the Year" by a panel of judges selected by the New Jersey Department of Education.
Miss Jaime - I am happy to work as the Assistant Teacher in the Pasting Peanuts classroom! I have assisted in special education preschool classrooms, and tutored children from Kindergarten to twelve-years-old for two years. I hope to get my Doctorate degree in Psychology so I can be a Child Psychologist. I look forward to working with the Goddard team and getting to know your children.
Miss Rebecca - I am the Teacher in the Kindergarten program at The Goddard School located in Forked River! I have cared for children for the last 14 years including teaching, tutoring and caring for children as a Nanny. I graduated from Georgian Court University with a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I am very excited to be a part of this team.
Miss Suzy - I am the Teacher in the Get Set room. I graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a degree in Art and Elementary Education. I have experience working in both classroom and one-on-one environments. I'm so excited!
Miss Nicole - I am the Assistant in the Get Set classroom. I have my Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Elementary Education. I will continue my education this spring. I love to sing, dance and make crafts. I am looking forward to sharing lots of memories and special times with the children!
