Miss Sharon does such a fantastic job with the children in her classroom! She has been working so hard to help the children develop in all areas and continues to make her class an adventure!
Toni Ann Eckerson - Hello! I am the proud owner of The Goddard School® located in Forked River New Jersey! Along with my father, I am an on-site owner who gives 110% to all of our children, parents and faculty. We strive for excellence in early childhood development and want to provide only the best in terms of health and safety and curriculum. I have over five and a half years experience as a director at another Goddard School in New Jersey and also had prior experience as a Toddler teacher. My degree is in Psychology with a Minor in Musical Theater and I also have three children of my own!
Gary Schliessman - Along with my daughter, I am an owner of The Goddard School® located in Forked River. With over 30 years of business experience and two children of my own, I look forward to growing with my school and providing the best environment for children.
Carole Hoeltje - Carole is the Director of The Goddard School located in Forked River! Carole has worked at Goddard for over eleven years in both administrative and teaching capacities. Carole is dual certified in Elementary and Early Childhood Education and has spent the past thirteen years surrounded by children.
Jeanna C. - Jeanna has been the Assistant Director at The Goddard School located in Forked River for four years. She graduated from Georgian Court University with a dual certificate in Elementary Education and Media Specialty. Jeanna feels it is an absolute pleasure being a part of the wonderful family at Goddard. She is happy to work every day and watch "our" children grow!
Nicole C. - Nicole graduated from Georgian Court University with a degree in Elementary Education. She has four years experience working in the childcare environment and has worked at The Goddard School for five years. Nicole is the Head Teacher in the Toddler classroom! She is very excited to work with the children.
Carol M. - Carol has worked in the health field for the last 20 years. She worked for the Head Start program as an assistant coordinator and the last year and a half as the Health Manager. Carol was responsible for all the health records and screenings for 381 children. She enjoys caring for and working with children. She has been with Goddard for 5 years.
Sarah P. - In the last 16 years, Sarah has worked in a preschool setting, as a volunteer for scouts, as a substitute teacher's aide and most recently at Build A Bear workshop. She is the mother of three boys, and enjoys spending time with children and looks forward to caring for yours! Sarah is an Assistant in the Infant room.
Miss Robyn C. - Robyn C. is the Lead Teacher in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom! She graduated from Georgian Court University in 2005 with a dual degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. Miss Robyn has experience working with children at another preschool. She looks forward to meeting and working with everyone! Miss Robyn is also a mommy!
Sharon P. - Sharon is the lead Teacher in the Get Set classroom. She graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Art and Elementary Education and has also worked as a toddler assistant for 3 years. Sharon lives in the area with her two children and is looking forward to teaching at Goddard.
Miss Megan - I am the Lead Teacher in the First Steps classroom. I am currently at OCC and am about to receive my degree. I have worked in the childcare field for many years. I bring a great attitude to work and am an understanding teacher.
Miss Karen - Miss Karen is an Assistant in the Pre-K class at The Goddard School located in Forked River. She is a mother of three daughters, and was very involved in their activities as a stay-at-home mom. Miss Karen has experience working as a Teacher's Assistant and for a childcare service. Her greatest achievement was being named Ocean County's "Mother of the Year" by a panel of judges selected by the New Jersey Department of Education. Miss Karen has been with us for 3 1/2 years.
Miss Stephanie - Miss Stephanie is an Assistant in our Preschool class at The Goddard School located in Forked River. She is also currently finishing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and hopes to earn her certificate of Education in the next few years. Prior to joining Goddard's team, Miss Stephanie worked full-time as a nanny.
Miss Lynn - Miss Lynn has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Glassboro State College. She is the mother of two wonderful daughters who she has been lucky enough to stay with at home! Miss Lynn has volunteered for many years at her children's schools and spent two years as the Nanny to two young boys. She loves children and looks forward to being a Teaching Assistant!
Miss Irma - I am a part-time assistant in the Toddler Classroom. I have many years experience working at another Goddard School. I love working with young children!
Jessica Z. - Jessica is a full-time assisitant in the Toddler class at The Goddard School. She is currently working towards a degree in Child Psychology at Stockton. Miss Jessica has two years of experience working with children at another center.
Miss Aimee - Miss Aimee is the full-time assistant teacher in the Pre-K classroom. She is so excited to be part of the Goddard Family and has spent two years studying Early Education at the College of Staten Island. Miss Aimee has also worked for two years at another preschool.
Miss Liana M. As an assistant teacher in the First Steps program, Liana has wanted to be a teacher since she was 5 years old. She has worked in another childcare facility and is currently attending Georgian Court University pursuing a degree in Elementary Education.
Miss Dawn Miss Dawn is the lead Preschool teacher at The Goddard School. She has recently graduated from Richard Stockton College with a BA in Psychology and has worked at other childcare facilities and absolutely enjoy working with children!!
Miss Danielle S. Miss Danielle is a substitute teacher and a current student at Kean University. She is a mother of two children and her passion is teaching in the classroom!
Miss Samantha Samantha is the assistant teacher in our Get Set Class and has an Associate's degree in business. She is also working towards her CDA in early childhood!
Miss Victoria Miss Victoria is our Kindergarten teacher. She graduated from Georgian Court University with a BA in Psychology and Elementary Education. She looks forward to fostering the love of learning in all of the children!
Miss Sarah M. Miss Sarah is the lead Pre-K teacher! She is certified in Elementary Education and has many years of experience with preschool ages. Her fun loving personality surely helps the children develop a love of learning!
