Dhiman Patel, Owner - Dhiman and Sangeeta are the owners of the school. They are married with 2 children. They opened the school after their great experience with the Goddard School located in Piscataway, where their daughter attended.
Dhiman has a background in business and really enjoys being on-site each day to watch the children and teachers interact.

Holly Guido, Director - Holly attended the University of Phoenix where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. She served in the U.S. Navy for three years as a linguist before becoming a Special Education Teacher with a specialty in Reading. She has worked at The Goddard School since 2007. Holly enjoys being able to support the teachers and their passion and creativity that they show every day. “I love working with children as their curiosity and eagerness to learn makes me smile.”
Shelee Frace, Assistant Director - Shelee attended the University of South Carolina where she studied Early Childhood Education. She currently holds a NJ Group Teacher Certification. Shelee has worked at The Goddard School since 2004. She is naturally good with children. Her kind demeanor and consistent approach allows her to bond with every child she interacts with. “I enjoy working with children because they always want to learn by doing things for themselves and are very interested in the world around them.”
Lisa S., Infant - Lisa has worked at The Goddard School since 2007 and just loves spending time with the babies. She attended the University of Pittsburgh where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations. Lisa raised three busy sons of her own and is eager to share her many years of experience and knowledge with new moms. “I enjoy working with babies because I love watching them grow and develop.”
Jessica S., First Steps - Jessica attended the University of Maine where she studied Early Childhood Education. She joined The Goddard School in 2011 and has such a great rapport with our one year old children. “I enjoy working with children because it is rewarding to be a part of their development at such an impressionable age.”
Lori M., Toddler - Lori has a dual CDA Certification in Infant/Toddler and Preschool classes. Lori has worked at The Goddard School since 2006 and loves working with the toddlers! Her high energy and positive attitude keep us all going. Lori also assists in our Kindergarten classroom each day. “I like working with children because I love watching them grow and develop.”
Ro B., Preschool 1- Ro holds a Preschool level CDA Certification. She has worked at The Goddard School since 2005 and loves being a part of the children's growth. Ro is warm, kind, and encouraging to all children even through the dredges of potty training! “I enjoy working with children because it is very rewarding to see the children develop and learn.”
Debbie T., Preschool 2- Debbie holds a Preschool level CDA Certification. She has been with The Goddard School since 2004 teaching in the Preschool classroom. Debbie's generosity and caring really show with both the children and the community as she heads many of our community outreach events. “I like working with children because each day is a new adventure in the classroom.”
Lisa M., Pre-K Lisa holds a Preschool level CDA Certification. She has worked at The Goddard School since 2005 and enjoyed watching all of her own children make their way through The Goddard School. Lisa's commitment and enthusiasm to making every day fun for the children is such an asset to our school. “I enjoy working with children because I love to watch them learn and grow.”
Debra S., Kindergarten - Debi attended Montclair University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree. She currently holds a NJ Teaching Certificate. She has worked at The Goddard School since 2005. Two of Debi's own children attended The Goddard School. Debi's dedication and involvement with the children really show as they go off to public school prepared and ready to shine. “I enjoy working with children because they are like sponges, they absorb everything. Everyday is a new adventure with them.”
