Andrea and Dennis Beltram - Owners Andrea graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree and Dennis graduated from Rutgers University and Montclair State College with degrees in Economics and Accounting. While waiting for their Goddard School to be completed, Andrea retired from the corporate world, taught at a preschool, volunteered evenings in the pediatric ward at St. Joseph's Hospital and took college courses in Early Childhood Education. Their goal is to provide an atmosphere suited to promoting your child's development of self esteem, confidence and a lifelong love of learning. Andrea & Dennis want each child to feel a part of our Goddard family and work their best to make that happen.
Tina - Executive Director - Miss Tina started with The Goddard School as the Lead Teacher in the Preschool classroom then was promoted to the Lead Teacher in our Pre-K class. After a year of teaching, she was then promoted to Assistant Director, then Educational Director and now to Executive Director. Miss Tina holds an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Group Teaching certificate from the State of New Jersey. Miss Tina has over 20 years of experience as a Teacher /Director and has loved every minute of working in the Early Childhood Development field.
Terri - Asst Director Miss Terri graduated from William Paterson University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health. She has worked with children for nearly four years and loves it.
Jamie - Infant Room Lead Teacher - Jamie graduated from County College of Morris with an Associates Degree in Education. Jamie has over 8 years experience working with children.
Denise - Infant Assistant Teacher - Miss Denise worked in the Infant room for seven years at another center. She finds this job very rewarding and challenging. She loves it! Miss Denise also has two children. Miss Denise is happy to be a part of the Goddard family.
Kari Lead 1st Steps Teacher. Ms. Kari holds an Associate's degree in Arts from County College of Morris. Ms. Kari has worked with children for over five years.
Angel - 1st Steps Assistant Teacher- Miss Angel currently attends the County College of Morris to further her education in the psychology of young children. Many people also know Miss Angel as Miss Denise's daughter! Miss Angel is excited to be working as part of The Goddard School team.
Kristen - Toddler Assistant Teacher -Miss Kristen previously worked at a Goddard School in a different location. She has been working with children for over ten years.
Melissa - Get-Set Teacher - Miss Melissa has been working with children since she was 16 years old. Miss Melissa attended County College of Morris and Montclair State University to study Early Childhood Education and Human Ecology. She plans to soon return to school and continue her education.
Sharon Assistant Get Set Teacher-Sharon has over 20 years experience working with children at all different levels. She enjoys the 2 1/2 year old children the best!
Danielle Preschool Lead Teacher- Danielle graduated from Centenary College with a Bachelor Degree in English and also has her Education Certificate K-5. Danielle also holds an Associates Degree in Design. Danielle has over 7 years experience working in the early childhood field.
Natalie - Preschool Assistant Teacher -Miss Natalie holds an Associate's degree in Fine Art and Dance. She is currently working towards her Bachelor's degree in Music Management. Miss Natalie has worked with children for over ten years. She is an outgoing person and loves to have fun.
Kelly - Pre-K Teacher - Miss Kelly has lived in Sussex County since 2006. She has experience as a babysitter, nanny and a tutor, and was a Girl Scout for 13 years. Miss Kelly has always enjoyed working with children, but her true passion is teaching "little ones". She's worked in childcare since 2005 with children ages three to six-years-old. In February 2007, She earned a Child Development Associates (CDA) certificate with a specialization in Preschool.
Ajurah Pre-K Assistant Teacher. Ajurah recently graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She majored in Early Childhood/Elementary Education with a concentration in Language Arts and a minor in Psychology. Ajurah loves working with children, however in her free time she loves running, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
Emily - Kindergarten Teacher - Miss Emily is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. She has her Education certificate in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Miss Emily has worked with children for the past three years. She worked at Mt. View Elementary School extended school year program and has field work experience at Tinc Road School. She is very happy to be a part of The Goddard School located in Flanders.
Michelle Kindergarten Assistant Teacher. Michelle has over 11 years experience working in the childcare field ranging from infants to 6 years of age.
Chand - Floater - Miss Chand has a Master's degree in Science and a Bachelor's degree in Education from India. In India, she gained experience as a teacher. Miss Chand enjoys working with children at the School as well as at home. She likes to provide a "home away from home" environment in her classroom. Miss Chad is proud to be a part of the Goddard family.
Sarah Morning/Afternoon School Floater. Sarah is currently attending Sussex County Community College and is studying Early Childhood Education. Sarah has worked as a baton twirling coach for the past 3 years and a dance teacher for the past 2 years. Sarah loves working with children of all ages.
Jessica - Toddler Lead Teacher- Ms Jessica graduted from Western New England College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Elementray Education.
