Fishers I, IN

Ms. Michelle S. - I am the Center Director, at The Goddard School® located on Fishers Point Boulevard in Fishers. I graduated from Illinois State University in 1993 with a Bachelor's degree in Child Development. I began my career as a Preschool Director in 1994, after completing one year as a Preschool Teacher. My husband and I have two beautiful children. I am thrilled to work in an environment that shares my love for educating young children. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with The Goddard School®.

Mr. Ray - I am the owner of The Goddard School® in Southport and Westfield, as well as this one located on Fishers Point Boulevard in Fishers. I have five children and a wonderful wife. I spend my days, visiting the faculties and the children in the classrooms and ensuring that the building is a safe and well maintained place for the children to play. I spend my weekends cheering on our Indianapolis Colts. I look forward to providing your child with the best quality and educational care possible.

Ms. Michelle D. - I was born and educated in Southern California. If you have ever seen the movie "Grease," you have seen my high school! When my children were young, I occasionally worked at their preschool. I enjoyed it so much that when we moved to Indiana, I got a full time job at The Goddard School. I started in 2004 as a substitute and am now the Assistant Director. I found my niche! This is the greatest place to work, with the best children in the world. Some days, I actually skip to work!! Am I lucky, or what?!

Ms. Tina - I am the Lead Teacher in the Get Set class. I have been at The Goddard School® located on Fishers Point Boulevard since April 2004. I earned my CDA in 2005. Before coming to Goddard, I was a teacher's aide, substitute teacher, baker and substitute secretary in the Anderson School System.

Ms. Toni - I am the Lead Teacher in the Infant room. I have a CDA and over ten years' experience with children. I chose teaching as my career because I love children and feel it's the most important and rewarding job a person can have.

Ms. Amber B. - Miss Amber is the Lead Teacher in our First Steps room. She has been with our school since 2005. She graduated from Warren Central High School in 1998 and has her CDA. Ms. Amber is working toward her Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education at Ivy Tech Community College. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her daughter, and she enjoys shopping with her friends!

Ms. Amy - Ms. Amy is the Lead Teacher in our Toddler room. She came to Goddard in 2006. She loved it so much, she got her CDA is now the Lead in the Roadrunner Room! She graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School in 2003. Before coming to Goddard, she worked at another preschool, and was a nanny for two families. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys working with children and loves every minute here at Goddard!

Ms. Anna Ms. Anna is the lead teacher in Kindergarten classroom.  She attended Ivy Tech, where she earned an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.  She also attended IUPUI, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  She is licensed to teach kindergarten through third grade.  Her favorite ways to spend her time are reading, spending time with her family, and being outdoors.  She is so excited to be teaching at The Goddard School!

Ms. Amber H. - Ms. Amber H. is the lead teacher in the Pre-K classroom. She arrived at The Goddard School in August of 2007 after moving from the Fort Wayne are to Indianapolis. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Valparaiso University, and she also has her CDA.  Ms. Amber enjoys collecting flamingos, and enjoys incorporating them in her classroom activities!

Ms. Mimoza K. Ms. Mimoza has been the afternoon assistant teacher in our one-year-olds' room since 2005.  She was born in Albania and became an American citizen in May of 2005!  Mimoza is such a gentle and kind person.  All the children adore her.  It shows that Mimoza loves every minute she gets to spend with the children at The Goddard School!

Ms. Catherine D.  Ms. Catherine has been the assistant in the Infant room since 2010.  She graduated from the University of Chicago in 2007.  After living in California for several years, she moved back to Indiana to be closer to family.  After an internship with The Children's Museum, she decided to pursue a career working with children.  Ms. Catherine is wonderful at teaching the infants sign language and giving them lots of hugs at kisses!

Ms. Chelsea Ms. Chelsea is the lead teacher in the young thrre-year-old room.  She started here at The Goddard School as an assistant teacher in the older two-year-old room.  She enjoyed working with children here at The Goddard School so much that she went back to school and got her CDA.  When a lead spot came up in August 2011, Ms. Chelsea jumped at it.  She loves to teach children and loves learning from them too.

Ms. Jennifer Ms. Jennifer is the lead teacher in the older threes classroom. With a degree in business, and after retiring from AT&T, Ms. Jennifer started out at The Goddard School as the assistant in the four-year-old room, while she was working on getting her CDA.  A lead position came up at just the right time, and we were fortunate enough to be able to offer it to Ms. Jennifer.
