Our first impression was that everyone who works at the school seems very happy to be there. The staff appears to genuinely adore the children in their care.
The transition to Goddard was incredibly easy; our son enjoys going to school much more than at his previous day care, and he's also learning more than we ever expected. He comes home talking about what he learned that day. Many days, he doesn't want to leave when we arrive to pick him up!
The teachers in his classroom are wonderful with the kids and do a fantastic job of providing them with challenging concepts to discover. The report we receive each day gives us information about what he learned and did so we can talk about it at home and reinforce the day's activities. The teachers also direct all the children to be respectful and courteous to both peers and other teachers.
The curriculum, teachers, and environment are the perfect combination for our son - and soon, our infant daughter - to grow and thrive."

"We have been thrilled with our experience at The Goddard School! Our daughters are both happy to go to school each day, which is so nice to see as parents. Both of our daughters have attended The Goddard School since their opening, and the transition has been seamless from their old school. Our oldest daughter is in Pre-School and they are building all of the foundations that she will need for elementary school. We especially love that she has exposure to computers in her classroom and daily jobs to promote responsibility. Our youngest daughter is in the older infant room and she has grown so much since starting her class! She is learning how to do more daily activities independently, and loves all of the singing and dancing she does in her class. As a public elementary school teacher, I can tell what an amazing job The Goddard School is doing to prepare our girls for success in elementary school. The warm and caring management and teachers are the best you will find. They truly care about the kids and are happy to come to work each day. "We are thrilled with our daughter's seamless transition to The Goddard School from a small home-based daycare when she was 20 months old. The administration and staff are mindful and responsive to her needs, strengths and weaknesses. When she seemed to advance well in her first placement, they quickly contacted us to discuss if they could shift her placement to better stimulate her learning. She has enjoyed the increased interaction with more children, and seems to learn something new every day. She's teaching us new songs now!
