Laura Sabers (Owner) - Laura is the proud owner of this Goddard School. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Canisius College and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Laura opened this school in 1998 after not being able to find an acceptable childcare solution for her own children.

Jackie Price (Director) - Jackie has been our director since 1999. She graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She has worked with children in many different capacities; such as teacher, assistant director and director. She has worked in the position of director since 1991.

Ms. Kendra (Office Assistant / School-Age) - Kendra has been a part of the Goddard family since 2008. She studied Elementary Education at DePauw University in Indiana. She is now working towards a degree in Early Childhood Development at Columbus State Community College. She works as an office assistant during the school year and does our  Adventure Camp program during the summer.

Ms. Christi (Cub Room / Infants) - Christi has been working with The Goddard Schools since 2001 and has been a part of our Goddard teaching team since 2002. Christi received her Child Development Associate's Certificate (CDA) in 2008. Christi is our lead teacher in the infant room.

Ms. Brooke (Cub Room / Infants) - Brooke has been with Goddard since 2007. She has been in Columbus since 2001 and has been working with children through children’s theatre and day camps while working as an assistant teacher in our infant room.

Ms. Jan (Cub Room / Infants) - Jan has been with our Goddard program since 2007. She attended a vocational school in Northeastern Pennsylvania majoring in the Teacher Apprenticeship Program for elementary grades. Jan has been working with children, mainly infants, for over ten years. Jan is an assistant teacher in the infant room.

Ms. Anagha (Cub Room / Infants) - Anagha has been a part of our faculty since 2009. Anagha is originally from India and has lived in Columbus since 2004. In India, Anagha worked with many different age groups, as well as caring for her own children. She is an assistant teacher in the infant room.

Ms. Melinda (Panda Room / Young Toddlers) - Melinda joined our teaching team in January 2011 as the Lead Teacher in our Young Toddler class. She is currently working on her CDA and has a degree in the Arts from Columbus State University. Melinda has been working with young children, mainly toddlers, since 2001.

Ms. Toria (Panda Room / Young Toddler) Toria joined the Goddard team in June 2011 as an Assistant Teacher in our young Toddler class. She is currently working on her CDA and has experience working with children through Church and the YMCA in Marysville.

Ms. Michele (Panda Room / Young Toddlers) - Michele works part time in the Panda Room as a teacher’s aide. She has been with our program since 2008. She has an Associate’s degree from Bergen Community College.

Ms. Alyson (Tiger Room / Get Set) - Alyson joined the Goddard family in 2008. Originally from Tipp City, Ohio, Alyson came to Columbus to attend Ohio Dominican University where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Alyson has worked with every age group at Goddard and now is our co-lead teacher in the Tiger Room.

Ms. Jenn (Tiger Room / Get Set) - Jenn joined our team in August 2011 and has worked as a floater with all of our classrooms  before joining our Tiger Room in March 2012. She has been around young children all of her life and enjoys the opportunity to work all the children at Goddard.

Ms. Jamie (Tiger Room / Get Set) - Jamie has been a part of Goddard since 2006. She has worked with all age groups and classrooms. During the school year, Jamie is part time and during the summer months you can see her around more often. She has also worked as a paraprofessional in the Special Education Department at Dublin Jerome High School since 2001.

Ms. Jessica (Lion Room / Get Set) - Jessica joined our faculty in 2010. She has been working with preschool age children for over twelve years. She attended Otterbein College where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and a Pre-K to Grade 12 teaching license. She has worked as a preschool camp counselor, at other preschools where they primarily focus on children with Autism, long-term music substitute at a K-8 Catholic school, as well as at other Goddard Schools.

Ms. Heather (Lion Room / Get Set) Ms. Heather joined the Goddard team in March of 2011. She is an Assistant Teacher in our Get Set room. Heather obtained a Master's degree in Biology from Bowling Green University. She has been teaching science informally and formally to toddlers through college level since 2004. She enjoys teaching science to children and developing hands-on activities to get them involved in the learning process. 

Ms. Maisy (Lion Room / Get Set) Maisy joined our staff in July 2011 and is our Afternoon Assistant in the Lion Room. Maisy attended the College of Business at Ohio University for a year before transferring to Ohio State University to pursue her passion of working with children. 

Ms. Kristin (Monkey Room / Preschool) - Kristen joined the Goddard family in 2005. She has an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State Community College. Kristen has been a Lead Teacher in our toddler and older preschool room. She is now the Lead Teacher in our younger preschool room.

Ms. Stephanie (Frog Room / Preschool) - Stephanie joined our Goddard faculty in 2010. She is a lead teacher in our Preschool Room. Stephanie received a Bachelor's degree in Education from Bowling Green University. She is fluent in American Sign Language and Signed Exact English.

Ms. Vashon (Frog Room / Preschool) Ms. Shon joined our faculty in February 2011, and is an Assistant Teacher in our Preschool room. She received her Early Childhood 1 & 2 certifications and has been teaching for eighteen years.

Ms. Katie F. (Frog Room / Preschool) - Katie joined our faculty in 2010. Katie attended Bowling Green State University where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She has experience with preschoolers through second grade. Katie has worked  with all age groups at Goddard, and has recently joined our Preschool classroom as a Lead Teacher.

Ms. Megan (Giraffe Room / Pre-Kindergarten) - Megan joined our faculty in 2010. She obtained her degree in Early Childhood/Middle Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She worked as a substitute teacher, Kindergarten through 4th grade, before moving to Ohio.

Ms. Jaclyn (Giraffe Room / Pre-Kindergarten) - Jaclyn joined our teaching team in August 2010. She attended The Ohio State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology. Originally from Medina, Ohio, she has completed part of her Master’s degree in Education at The Ohio State University-Newark and substitute taught in Medina City Schools. She also worked in a Summer Reinforcement Program for children with special needs.

Ms. Desiree (Giraffe Room / Pre-Kindergarten) - Desiree joined the Goddard team in August 2011 as a Lead Teacher in our Pre-K room.  She graduated from Miami University with a degree in Family Studies. Desiree has been working with children for eleven years.

Ms. Summir (Office Assistant / Pre-Kindergarten) - Summir has an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education as well as her Ohio Teaching License. Summir originally joined Goddard in 2002. She was with us for two years before moving away and working with the Head Start program in Findlay, Ohio. She moved back to Columbus in 2007 and returned to our Goddard team. She has been in the education field for over eleven years and is our lead teacher in the Penguin room.

Ms. Ele'shia (Penguin Room / Pre-Kindergarten) Ele'shia joined the Goddard team in August 2011 as a part time support staff member.  She is currently working with the Penguin class in the afternoons. In the mornings she attends The Ohio State University where she is working towards a Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education focusing on Language Arts/Science. She has worked with all of the age groups in our school.

Ms. Kelli (Dolphin Room / Kindergarten Enrichment) - Kelli joined our faculty in 2010. She graduated college from John Carroll University with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been working with children of many different ages since 2008, including children with special needs. Her main teaching philosophy includes independent thinking and learning and a strong home to school connection.

Ms. Mesha (Dolphin Room / Kindergarten) - Mesha joined our team in March 2012.

Ms. Sheena (Dolphin Room / Faculty Support) -
Sheena joined our school in the summer of 2011 as a part-time support team member.  Between her classes at Ohio Dominican University, where she is working on her teaching certificate in Art Education, she works with all age groups and classrooms. She also has a degree in Visual Communications from Ohio University and she enjoys photography.

Ms. Hannah (Faculty Support) - Hannah has been with us since 2009. She has worked with many ages at The Goddard School but has mostly worked with our Kindergartners and School-Age children in our summer adventure program. She is a senior at Miami (Ohio) University for Early Childhood Education and will be starting her student teaching in the fall of 2010.

Mr. Peter (Toucan Room / School-Age) - Peter has worked at The Goddard School since 2004. He attended The Ohio State University studying Early Childhood Development. He has his initial teaching licensure and has been substituting in the Dublin and Olentangy school districts to further his experience working with children. He works with the school-age and kindergarten students during the year and our summer adventure program during the summer months.
