Ms. Elise, Director of Education - Ms. Elise has a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and a B.S. in Elementary Education. She has been a director at The Goddard School located in Columbia since 1999. As Director of Education, Ms. Elise guides the curriculum and provides leadership to our faculty. Amongst the many other hats she wears, Ms. Elise works very hard at organizing our summer program.

Ms. Patty, Director of Operations - Ms. Patty, who has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and is working on her Bachelor's degree, began her career at The Goddard School located in Columbia as an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler program in 1997. She was promoted to Lead Teacher and then joined the management team after more than eight years in a classroom. Amongst the many hats she wears, Ms. Patty welcomes our new students and their families.

Ms. Gina, Quality Assurance Supervisor - Ms. Gina, who has more than two years worth of college credits in Early Childhood Education, began her career at The Goddard School located in Columbia as an Assistant Teacher in our Preschool program in 1997. She has also worked with infants and was Lead Teacher of the After-School program until she joined the management team after eight years. Ms. Gina works hard to ensure our Quality Assurance standards are implemented and also provides a creative force to our management team.

Ms. Patty, Owner - Ms. Patty opened this School, the first Goddard in the State of Maryland, in 1997 because Goddard provided the type of preschool program she wanted for her two-year-old daughter. Ms. Patty, who has a J.D., is an on-site Goddard School owner who provides an orientation to new families. She looks forward to seeing the children every day.
