The Goddard School can make a positive difference in your child's life. Our warm, loving atmosphere features a year-round extended-day program from
7 AM to 6 PM
, Monday through Friday. We offer flexible schedules ranging from two half-days to five full-days. Our program is designed to enhance the emotional, social, intellectual and physical development of your child from six weeks to six years of age. We also offer a summer program for children up to eight years of age.
Areas of growth and development are highlighted on our daily lesson plans, which our faculty brings to life in appropriate and attainable ways. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace according to their individual needs and abilities. Our daily curriculum covers seven learning domains: language and literacy, cognitive/math, science, social science, creative expression, social/emotional development and physical development.
Enrichment programs include
Spanish, American Sign Language, Building Language for Literacy, Handwriting Without Tears, Everyday Math, BASE Fitness, Sports Mix, Yoga, Music Preludes, Kid Scientific, Goddard's Guide to Getting Along, Nutrition, World Cultures, Art History and more!
Our state-of-the-art custom designed building has been planned to provide a safe, healthy and stimulating environment. Two separate playgrounds have been designed to challenge and delight your child at every age.
We are located at the intersection of Byhalia Rd. and Winchester Blvd., across from The University of Memphis branch and just down the street from Schilling Farms. We look forward to meeting you.
