My husband and I LOVE the Goddard School [located] on Krause Road in Chesterfield, VA. We started taking our infant son at 13 weeks to their infant room for daily childcare when I went back to work. It has been 5 weeks and we have been very pleased with the level of care they have provided. Our son is happy and thriving and we are ecstatic with our decision to use this facility. I would highly recommend The Goddard School to other parents.
I'm not sure where to begin in describing how grateful I am to The Goddard School for all they have done for my children. My oldest child started at Goddard at close to one year of age. Previously, she had been at home with family and I was uneasy (to say the least) at the thought of 'daycare.' To make matters worse, my daughter was VERY slow to adjust and often times we had to leave her in tears. The care, patience, and love that the Goddard staff showed for my daughter (and me) in getting her through this time was truly amazing! They spent countless hours with her and would take the time to call me to let me know how she was doing. For that, I'll forever be grateful.
Now, two years later, my oldest daughter LOVES her Goddard School and has gained a confidence that I know she wouldn't have without the help of the Goddard staff.
We also have second child that has been at Goddard for over a year now and we are consistently impressed by her daily development. I highly recommend this Goddard School!"

"We looked at other daycares before looking at Goddard and I was prepared to be unimpressed. A daycare is a daycare is a daycare. But as soon as I walked in the doors, I could tell that this one was different. The kids were so much more engaged at this daycare, more alert, more interested in us, more active. The teachers were more interactive with the kids and seemed more interested in getting down on the floor with the kids then just 'babysitting.' In the three years our daughter has been at Goddard, she has learned so much and loves going to school everyday, and that's really how we think of it. Not as much of a daycare, but a learning environment. I wouldn't want her anywhere else."
