Sheila and Scott Rinaberger, Owners -
Sheila earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Southeast Missouri University and she has a Master's degree in Administration from University of Missouri. She has ten years' teaching experience in special education and six years' experience as the owner of a Goddard School.
Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from DePaul University. He has an extensive background in the banking industry. He also has six years' experience as the owner of a Goddard School.
Liz Bollaert, Director - Liz has a degree in elementary education and early childhood education from California State University. She was a first grade teacher in San Diego before moving to St. Louis. She has been our school's Director since 2011. Liz's speciality is curriculum development. Liz is CPR and first aid certified.
Ms. Jessica Ms. Jessica is our bubbly teacher in the Tiny Tadpoles classroom. She has a Bachelor degree in Social Work from Evangel University. She is first aid and CPR certified. Ms. Jessica loves the babies and enjoys watching them grow during their first year of life.
Ms. Cindy - Ms. Cindy is our nurturing teacher in the Baby Chicks classroom. She has many years of experience with infants and toddlers. Ms. Cindy believes that all children can learn and thrive in a stimulating, comforting and developmentally appropriate environment. She is certified in First Aid and CPR and attends Goddard University.
Ms. Judy Ms. Judy is the Lead Teacher in the Chipmunk classroom. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and has over thirty years of teaching experience. Ms. Judy is First Aid and CPR certified. Her favorite things to do with her one year old students are reading and singing to them.
Ms. Danielle - Ms. Danielle is our outstanding infant teacher in the Squirrels' classroom. She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Southeast Missouri State University. Ms. Danielle has two years of experience working with children, ages ranging from infants to eleven years. She is CPR and First Aid certified. She believes that children learn so many things from each other and it is the teacher's responsibility to facilitate and guide students in their learning.
Ms. Jessie - Ms. Jessie is our energetic teacher in the Ducks' classroom. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from University of Missouri. She has over five years of experience working with young children. Jessie feels each child is unique in their own way and we should celebrate their individuality.
Ms. Megan - Ms. Megan is our outstanding teacher in the Guppies classroom. She has taken many classes to work towards her degree in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University. She has six years of experience working with children. One-year-old students are her favorite! She believes children need structure and routines on a daily basis so they can feel safe and learn what is being taught.
Ms. Michelle - Ms. Michelle is the lead teacher in our Ladybugs classroom. She is looking forward to working with your child. She is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Child Development. She has experience with eighteen-month-old children as well as pre-k children. She is very excited to be teaching in the Glimmering Guppies classroom!
Mrs. Debbie - Mrs. Debbie is our fantastic teacher in the Bunnies classroom. She has a degree in Social Work from University of Missouri-St. Louis. Mrs. Debbie loves working with children of all ages, especially two-year-olds. She feels children learn best through play and learning to interact well with peers is important. Ms. Debbie is fun, outgoing, and loves to be around children.
Mrs. Jessica - Mrs. Jessica is our outstanding teacher in our Beautiful Butterflies' classroom. She loves to work with two year olds! She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Harris-Stowe State University. Her goal as a teacher is to foster the children's love for learning by engaging them in developmentally appropriate activities.
Ms. Carla Ms. Carla is our caring teacher in the Caterpillars' classroom. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Meramec Community College. Mr. Carla is CPR and First Aid certified. She has over nineteen years of experience in early childhood education. She feels every child is unique and special in their own way.
Ms. Rea Ms. Rea is our creative teacher in the Leaping Frogs classroom. She has a degree in Communications from St. Charles Community College. She currently is working towards a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. She believes when a teacher meets their students needs it promotes healthy positive human development.
Ms. Katie - Ms. Katie is our high energy teacher in the Hummingbirds' classroom. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Development from Missouri State University. She has over five years of experience working with young children. She enjoys providing hands-on learning experiences that incorporates the children's interests and ideas into the classroom.
Ms. Carla - Ms. Carla is in our Fabulous Fireflies classroom. She has over three years of experience working with children. Carla’s favorite thing about teaching is watching the children learn things for the first time. Carla has a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from Truman State University.
Ms. Karen - The Grinning Groundhogs classroom teacher is Ms. Karen. She has a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Missouri Baptist University. Ms. Karen has over two years of experience teaching children in a preschool setting and many years experience working with children in a private setting. Ms. Karen has known she always wanted to be a teacher since she was in sixth grade.
Mrs. Alice - Mrs. Alice is our nurturing teacher in the Dancing Dragonflies classroom. She has three years' experience working with children with special needs. Alice is First Aid and CPR certified. She creates an environment that promotes imagination to stimulate young minds.
Ms. Cynthia - Ms. Cynthia is the Kindergarten teacher at The Goddard School! She has had the great benefit of working with children as a teacher for over thirty years. Education has always played a big part in her life. She holds an Early Childhood and lifetime Elementary Certificate. She is extremely excited to meet you and your family, and can’t wait for the joys the school year will bring!
Coach Kristi Coach Kristi is our gym/BASE fitness teacher. She has six years of experience working with children including teaching competitive cheerleading and tumbling. She loves teaching the children yoga, tumbling, sports and parachute games.
