Stephanie Grimaldi - On-Site Owner - The majority of my background is in business but I have always had a strong desire to be involved with the child care industry. Ms. Keutrah's philosophy of teaching assert that children are entitled to a quality instruction in an active and stimulating learning environment. She believes children should experience frequent and repeated opportunities to act, react and interact with each other and the world around them. Teaching is a process of installing concept and necessary skills for life-long learning. In addition, children will ultimately leave the protective environment of the educational system to enter society. When this occurs, it is vitally important to have the ability to "teach one's self" and effectively collaborate with others to manage and process the problems and issues that are presented during life. As an educator, I have the opportunity to gain new insight based on individual children's needs and collaboration with colleagues. That alone is a word of knowledge and a philosophy to live by.
