Mrs. Patel - I am very excited to own The Goddard School® located in Cave Creek. My husband and I moved to Arizona six years ago and since then expanded our family with our dog, Sloopy and our twin boys. I have a BS degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University. I am thrilled to make such a fulfilling career change to help improve the quality of childcare in our community. I believe in open and honest communication with parents in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect. I look forward to working with you and giving your child every advantage possible during these important early years.

Mrs. Schmitt - I am the Education Director at The Goddard School® located in Cave Creek. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Valparaiso University and my Master’s degree in Social Work and Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to joining The Goddard School, I was the Director of Child Care Services at an Intergenerational Facility, a geriatric social worker, a marriage & family therapist, and for the past five years I have had the privilege to teach preschoolers and direct early childhood programs. I have been married for 15 years and have two wonderful children. I look forward to getting to know many new children and families as we open our doors and partner with parents in laying educational foundations for children!

Mrs. Stogner - Hi there!  I am originally from a small town in Nebraska where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I've worked with special needs children, tutored children and taught in a church preschool program. I've enjoyed all the avenues in which I've worked with children.  The past two years have flown by at The Goddard School and I look forward to the next two years.

Mrs. Peters - I am so excited to be a part of The Goddard Team!  I'm originally from Michigan and relocated to Arizona with my husband many years ago.  I received my Bachelor's in Education from ASU. I've been with The Goddard Team for almost 2 years and have enjoyed every moment here!  My goal is to always provide a safe, loving environment for the growth and happiness of every child entrusted to my care.  I can't wait to meet you!

Mrs. Koronich - Hello!  I am a native of Phoenix, born and raised here! I have been caring for children for 12 years including the past year here at The Goddard School. I have attended many training classes for early childhood education and plan to work towards my CDA. My true love for teaching is with the little ones so I look forward to watching and helping yours grow and learn new things everyday!

Miss Elliott Hello, I am a native of Arizona and have lived here most of my life. I'm a student at Arizona State University pursuing a degree in Psychology. After obtaining a degree in Psychology, I would then like to pursue my Teaching Certificate and Master’s degree. I have a love for the arts and enjoy performing when the opportunity arises. I also love any outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and camping. I have been a part of the The Goddard School team for the past year and can’t wait to see what this year brings as the children learn and grow.

Miss Funk - Hello Parents! I have been teaching the one-year-old age group for the past year at The Goddard School.  I am currently attending classes to receive my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and plan to pursue my Bachelor's degree. I'm originally from a small town near Santa Barbara, California and relocated to Arizona last year.  I enjoy the outdoors and water sports. I am excited to be a part of your child's education!

Miss Bury Hello! I've taught as an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School for one year and have loved every minute of it! I have five years of experience working in the field of early childhood education. I have taught infants as well as preschool-aged children prior to coming to The Goddard School. Teaching is my passion. I love working with children and seeing them learn and grow every day. I look forward to meeting you and your precious children!

Miss Maher -
I am so excited to be a part of The Goddard School family! I recently moved to Cave Creek with my fiancé from a small farming community in the eastern part of Arizona. I am a graduate from Northern Arizona University where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. I believe that the early years in a child’s life are the most important. They require a healthy, warm, creative and stable environment where their minds can grow and their ambitions can take flight. I hope to be a teacher that creates this environment for my students and I look forward to being a part of your child’s educational journey!

Mrs. Ribadeneira -
Hello! I’m originally from the beautiful country of Ecuador and have a degree in Culinary Arts. I relocated to Arizona 5 years ago and it was then that I found my love of children and the joys of teaching them new things of the world. I have been working with children now for over four years and am currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Early Childhood. My teaching philosophy is to “Teach with Love,” to be sure the child is learning all he/she needs to succeed, but not to do it in such a way that the child forgets that I care for him/her as well.

Miss Headley I am an Assistant Teacher here at The Goddard School. I am attending Grand Canyon University pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. In my spare time, I am very involved in children’s ministry at my church and coach the Bible Quiz Team. As an educator, I want each child to recognize their excellence and utilize it to their full potential!

Mrs. May - Hello! I've been with The Goddard School for two years and absolutely love it here!  I am originally from New Jersey where I attended Centenary College for Women in Hackettstown, New Jersey and received my Associates of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Development. After relocating to Scottsdale, AZ many years ago, I began teaching at a private preschool and received my Child Development Associate from Central Arizona College.  I look forward to meeting your child and helping to shape his/her educational future.

Ms. Painter Hello, I'm Ms. Painter and I have taught preschool for the past 16 years. I recently moved back to the Valley from Flagstaff to pursue my teaching career. I am working towards my Elementary Education degree with an emphasis on Early Childhood at Northern Arizona University. I am so excited to have the opportunity to teach your little ones!

Mrs. Wriston -
Hello! I am a native of Arizona. I love the constant sunshine that Arizona provides which allows my family and I to fulfill our love of being outdoors. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University. I believe that all children are a blessing and that each child’s mental, physical, emotional and social skills grow within a nurturing, supportive environment. I am looking forward to contributing to the growth of your child and cannot wait to help instill a lifelong love of learning!

Miss Keys

Hello I'm Miss Keys. I grew up on the coast of Oregon and just recently moved to Arizona after graduating from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education.  My two younger sisters inspired me to become a teacher and I know Goddard is the perfect fit.  I am excited to bring my enthusiasm for education into your child's classroom and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone at Goddard!

Miss Taylor Hello! I am so excited to be a part of The Goddard School family! I am a graduate from Northern Arizona University where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. Even as a small child, I created lessons and insisted that my family play along with me. I know that I was meant to be an educator and I am more thrilled to get my start at The Goddard School. I believe that the early years in a child’s life are the most important. They require a healthy, warm, creative and stable environment where their minds can grow and their ambitions can take flight. I hope to be a teacher that creates this environment for my students and I look forward to being a part of your child’s life!

Mrs. Stelfox - It's been so much fun to be a part of The Goddard School for the past school year. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland College Park. I believe that the early childhood years are the foundation of a child’s life, and my purpose as an educator is to help guide their social, cognitive, emotional and physical development in a safe, warm and caring environment. I have been a home educator for the past seven years, and I am excited to get back to teaching young children. I look forward to meeting and working with parents to help inspire a real love of learning in your children.
