Faculty Bios

Castle Rock, CO

Vince & Nancy Radosta - We are happy to introduce Vince and Nancy Radosta, the new on-site owners of The Goddard School® located in Castle Rock. Vince and Nancy have raised three daughters of their own and recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. Vince has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Nancy has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. “In addition to my background in education, I think my experience as a parent will help me be in touch with and appreciate the needs of our families,” adds Nancy. Vince and Nancy are excited to operate a business that plays an important role in the community by offering an exceptional service for busy parents and is centered on their most important priority – family. “We are excited and proud to be a part of Goddard and are committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in this neighborhood,” adds Vince.

Ms. Kelly- Assistant Director - Kelly has been working in childcare in one capacity or another for close to twenty years! She has been a teacher assistant, lead teacher, private nanny and proud mommy. Kelly has her CDA certification and recently passed the ECE Advanced Child Care Director’s Exam.

Ms. Roxy- Co-Lead Teacher, Snow Sculptors - Toddlers - Roxy has been working in childcare since October of 2006. She attended Arapahoe Community College for early childhood education. She has worked with children ranging in age from newborn through school-age.

Ms. Nicole - Co-Lead Teacher, Snow Sculptors - Toddlers - Nicole came to The Goddard School in November of 2008. She has worked at other centers, but is very happy to become a member of Goddard's teaching team. Nicole graduated college in 2006, receiving an associate's degree in horticulture. She currently is taking classes to further her knowledge in early childhood education.

Ms. Julie -  Co-Lead Teacher - Blossom Babies - Infants - Julie is happy to have joined Goddard's teaching team after graduating from Colorado Christian University. She has had the privilege of working in most all of the rooms at Goddard. She currently is a substitute teacher at our School, as well as for the Douglas County school system.

Ms. Shana - Co-Lead Teacher, Autumn Adventurers - PreSchool One - Shana has been teaching for almost four years now. She has worked with all ages from infants to school-age children. She currently is attending college to fulfill her goal of becoming a Kindergarten teacher. 

Ms. Samantha - Co-Lead Teacher, Spring Chickens - Get Set - Samantha has been working in the childcare field since May of 2008, where she started working with the two-year-olds. She is continuing her work with the two's here at Goddard in the Get Set Classroom. She received her Early Childhood Teaching Degree from Ellis University, and is looking forward to continuing her education in the field.

Ms. Janice-Co-Lead Teacher - Blossom Babies - Infants - Janice began working in the childcare field in June of 2007. She earned her bachelor's from The University of Southern Mississippi where she studied marine biology and attended The University of Mississippi where she worked on her Ph.D. in  pharmacology, before beginning early childhood education classes at Arapahoe Community College.

Ms. Lana - Co-Lead Teacher - Snow Bunnies - Preschool Two - Lana joined the Goddard team in September 2010. She graduated from Minsk State Teacher’s University in Russia where she received a Master’s degree in Education and Family Studies. While in Russia, she worked as a history teacher and a counselor. She worked for eighteen years for Temple Sinai ECE, a private preschool. She has also worked for three years in Special Education.

Ms. Leisha - Co-Lead Teacher, Summer Swimmers - Pre-Kindergarten - Leisha attended Jacksonville University and received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. She has over seven years of experience teaching at the preschool level. Before leaving Florida, She was employed by Oxford Academy of Vero Beach where she was the lead teacher in the Pre-K room. She also worked a second job running the aftercare program at The Imagine School of South Vero.

Ms. Chrissi - Co-Lead Teacher - Summer Swimmers - Pre-Kindergarten - Chrissi has worked in the childcare field for thirty-two years. She has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and is director qualified in the state of Colorado. She has continued her education to keep knowledgeable in the early childhood field.  Through the years she has worked with children from the ages of birth through pre-kindergarten. She started her career as a teacher and worked her way up to become the director of a childcare facility in Bourbonnais, Illinois.

Ms. Diana - Lead Teacher, Fall Friends - Kindergarten - Diana is our Kindergarten Teacher at The Goddard School. She has a Master's degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently licensed to teach in Colorado. She believes that instilling a love of learning in our children is one of the best gifts we can give!

Ms. Samantha - Substitute Teacher - Samantha is currently working in all of our classrooms at Goddard. She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and spent a year and a half as a long term substitute in both Kindergarten and First Grade in West Chester, Ohio.

Ms. Beth - Co-Lead Teacher, Snow Bunnies - PreSchool Two -  Beth joined the Goddard Team in September 2010. She was a Teacher's Assistant for another school before coming to the Goddard School.  She has also taking care of her brother who has cerebral palsy. For the past five summesr, she has volunteered at a camp for people with special needs.

Crystal - Co-Lead Teacher, Summer Vacationers - First Steps Crystal came to The Goddard School in December 2011. She currently is taking classes to further her knowledge in early childhood education. Crystal came to Goddard from San Ramon, CA where she worked at an in-home childcare center for two years.

Terri - Co-Lead Teacher, Summer Vacationers - First Steps Terri has been with Goddard since February 2011. She has a Bachelor of Arts in music, and Master of Arts in elementary education.

Ms. Toni - Substitute Teacher Toni has been with the Goddard school since February 2012. She has a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and has taught since 1997.

Ms.Cori - Co-Lead Teacher, Autumn Adventurers - PreSchool One Cori has been working at the Goddard School since February 2012. Cori has an associate's degree in early childhood education and has been working in childcare since 2010.
