Choosing Childcare

Welcome to The Goddard School® located in Canton on Prominence Point Parkway (near the Publix/Kroger Grocery Store off Highway 5, at exit 14, off Interstate I-575) in Paradise Shoppes. We are currently enrolling and touring for SUMMER/FALL and the 2012/2013 academic school year. Our Premier Private Preschool is known for its nurturing FLEX™ Learning Program, itouch, iPAD 2 Learning Extension, computer acclimation and individual CPAA Assessments.  For over 21 years, The Goddard School has been educating and nurturing children around the country. Monthly Bulliten Board:

1.  Free "NEW FAMILY" learning activities (open to all children and families in the area)! This month we are having an OPEN HOUSE for potential new families and their children from ages one to four. Decorating for Summer Fun activities will teach our young visitors about fine and gross motor skills. The two event dates are Thursdays, June 7  and 21.  Each free/fun activity will be from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. 

2.  Also, EVERY Friday in June we are having a "Family Friday" Open House throughout the day. May brings us SUMMER PROGRAM enrollment, due to Cherokee County's last day on May 25.

3.  PREMIER EVENT: The Summer "4th Birthday Party"-  It's our anniversary on Thursday, July 19th, from 5-7pm.  We are inviting all new and potential family and friends to come play.

Goddard School Canton II Charity:  We completed our 4th St. Jude Bowl-a-thon.  We raised over $350 for the charity this year, $3000 life time.  We had a blast doing it.  The Goddard School has been raising dollars for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital since 2008.  We also have given to MUST ministries, Breast Cancer fund sponser, Hobgood Heat Baseball, and Relay for Life.

Parents' Night Out:  Call to RSVP.  We offer a movie, dinner and an art activity for the children of our enrolled families.
   
Enrollment:  We have limited availability for our Fall 2012/2013 Private Preschool. Enrollment opportunities are limited, so book a tour today! Free Play is Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9:30 AM; call in advance to schedule. Walk-in tours are available daily on the hour.

The Goddard School can make a positive difference in your child's life. Our warm, loving atmosphere features a year-round extended day program from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Our program is designed to enhance the emotional, social, intellectual and physical development of your child from six weeks to six years of age. We also offer after-school enrichment and a summer program for children up to seven years of age. 

We highlight areas of growth and development on our daily lesson plans, which our faculty brings to life in appropriate and attainable ways. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace according to their individual needs and abilities. 

Our state-of-the-art custom-designed building provides a safe, healthy and stimulating environment. Two separate playgrounds challenge and delight your child at every age.
