"We were impressed with The Goddard School from our first visit during an open house. We were greeted by warm, enthusiastic teachers and a bright, colorful and clean facility. We had been considering in-home childcare options that were closer to home, and had not considered The Goddard School. We were so impressed, we enrolled our two-year-old son that very day! We are delighted with the variety Goddard offers the children: outside time, arts & crafts, music, science, reading, foreign language, computers, world cultures, art, cooking, drama, etc. All things a child should experience to become well-rounded. Each day, we are given a summary of what our son’s class did that day, along with a special message from his teacher specifically about our son. The summary also includes information on diaper changes, potty time, sunscreen application, and food eaten. Additionally, his teacher always takes a moment to tell us about his day. We never feel that he’s just a face in the crowd and we always feel very well-informed. The staff and teachers at Goddard are terrific! Each of them knows my son by name and make a point to interact with him whenever they see him. It is clear that each person working at Goddard truly enjoys working with children and truly enjoys his/her job. We are especially impressed with our son’s teacher. She is friendly, creative and well-organized and handles a room of toddlers with grace, humor and patience. We want our son to have the best opportunities, as any parent would. At The Goddard School, we know he is getting the best of all worlds, and we could not be happier!"
