Welcome To Our Staff Biography Page We consider the teachers to be the heart of our family.

All of our teachers meet or exceed the requirements of the state of New Jersey and local licensing authorities. All of the lead teachers either have degrees or are certified in the field of education.

Our teachers are certified in First Aid and CPR, complete background checks and are trained in universal precautions.

In addition, all of our teachers have completed a biography you can view in their classroom.

Our faculty members are encouraged to continue their education and training by our corporate office through attendance at Goddard University (GSU) classes that are available year round.

All teachers participate in yearly In-Service days that are scheduled so that outside organizations can train our teachers on necessary state requirements and other important topics. The teachers participate in 15-hours of outside training each year on a variety of topics. Last year, some of the training classes included Art Experiences for the Classroom, Positive Guidance and Discipline, as well as Music, Movement & Art for Young Children, just to name a few.

Communication is very important between the parents and our teachers and is enhanced through Daily Activity Reports, periodic Progress Reports, newsletters and parent information boards. Owner: Ms. Eileen Lynch - The Goddard School located in Branchburg is owned by Ms. Eileen Lynch. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Biology, Eileen added a Kindergarten -12 Comprehensive Science teaching certificate, and later completed her certification in Early Childhood Education. Before opening a Goddard School, Eileen owned and operated her own preschool for twelve years. Opening and running The Goddard School located in Branchburg has been a long-awaited dream of Eileen's, and she’s thrilled to be sharing this dream with our wonderful faculty.

Director of Education: Mrs. Amy Badolato - Amy has been working with young children for over fourteen years, spending ten years as the Assistant Director of a preschool in Millburn, New Jersey, before becoming our Director. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Amy has a New Jersey teaching certificate, and has earned 23 credits towards her Masters of Arts for Teachers. Outside of school, Amy is the mother of two boys, ages 11 and 8.
