    Kim Lipari, AuD. - Owner- The Ruling Rhinoceros -
    Hi! Let me introduce myself. My name is Kim Lipari, AuD. I am the owner of The Goddard School®. In 1985, I graduated Cum Laude with my Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing from Miami University. From there, I attended Kent State University where in 1988, I received my Master of Arts degree in Audiology. Recently, I furthered my degree and received my Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Arizona. I reside in Poland with my husband and my four boys who range in age from 13 years to eight years. They (my husband included) are my everything and in whom I find strength, support, and acceptance. To me, success is measured through the happiness of a child. This is why I decided to purchase a Goddard School. I thoroughly believe in Goddard's teaching philosophy and cherish every moment I see a smile on a child's face.

    Bethany Wolford - Education Director - The Training Tiger - Hi! Welcome to The Goddard School®! My name is Bethany and I am the director at The Goddard School® located in Boardman, Ohio. I have my Bachelor's degree in Human Ecology, with a specialization in Early Childhood Development, from the Ohio State University. I feel that The Goddard School® philosophy truly allows children to learn and experience so many things at this crucial stage of development! I am very proud to be a part of such a wonderful program and work with such a talented group of teachers!

    Miss Christie - Assistant Director - I am the Assistant Director and Lead Teacher in the Zany Zebras Pre-K 1 classroom! I received my CDA and am currently working towards my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Over the past eight years, I have worked in military childcare centers in both England and Germany and am now excited to join The Goddard School® located in Boardman! I am a mother of two wonderful children and have been married to my husband for eight years. I enjoy sports, shopping and making scrapbooks.

    Miss Dana - Teacher Assistant - The Curious Chimps - Hi! My name is Miss Dana! I have two years in Early Childhood Education at the Auburn Career Center. I have over seven years experience as an infant teacher, pre-toddler teacher, toddler teacher, cook, and bus driver. I also have experience from raising my beautiful young daughter!

    Miss Tia-Teacher Assistant-Growing Gorillas - Hi ! My name is Miss Tia. I am currently attending YSU to obtain my BS in Early Childhood Education. I also taught preschool for one year prior to coming to The Goddard School®. I am looking forward to getting to know you and working together to learn new things !

    Miss Martha - First Steps Teacher - The Huggable Hippos - Hello! I am a retired Elementary Teacher. I have worked in Montessori Schools, with children that have special needs, and in childcare settings and adore and respect children of all ages!

    Miss Michelle - Teacher Assistant - The Huggable Hippos - I worked at a day care in Struthers, Ohio, from 1999-2005. I completed a ten week course of Caregiver Practitioner. I also received my certificate of completion of apprenticeship for Child Care Development Specialist. In 2005-2006 I worked in Henderson, Nevada at a corporate childcare where I received a "Spirit of Pride" award.

    Miss Carmen - Toddler Room Teacher: The Curious Chimps - Welcome to the Toddler Room. We are also known as the Curious Chimps. I have worked for The Goddard School® for two years but have six years experience in the Early Childhood field. I am the mother to three wonderful boys and am also currently raising my two year old niece with the help of my wonderful husband of 16 years. I have completed my CDA and am currently seeking my BS in Human Services and Child Development. My hobbies are movies, garage sales and playing sports. I love football!!!

    Miss Aimee - Lead Teacher: Gentle Giraffes - I have taught at The Goddard School® since August 2007 and I love it! Prior to teaching here, I taught at two other local area childcare centers for a total of six years. I am currently enrolled at Youngstown State University where I am working toward a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I am looking forward to working with you and watching your children grow and learn!!

    Miss Stacey - Lead Teacher: Enchanting Elephants - In May 2007, I graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with a focus in Education and Psychology. I also received an OPOTA certification in May of 2001 and have three years experience in that field. I am currently working on my Master's degree in Educational Administration at YSU. Before coming to Goddard, I taught at a preschool for five years.

    Miss Sara - Lead Teacher: The Lively Lions - I was born with the gift of loving children which led me to attend Youngstown State University, earning an Associate's degree in Pre-Kindergarten Education. I am handy around the house and some say I am better with a cordless drill than a curling iron! I like to volunteer at the local fire department, which keeps me very busy. The Goddard family is now my home, so please stop by to say hello!

    Miss Monica - Assistant Teacher - Lively Lions - I'm Miss Monica and I have been a caregiver to ten children over the past ten years. I am excited be a part of the teaching team at Goddard and to work with you and your children!

    Miss Luba - Lead Teacher - The Zany Zebras - I was born and raised in Russia. I came to the states five years ago on a full scholarship and studied in Dallas, Texas. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and have always wanted to dedicate my life to teaching. I tutored for about six years and worked at a corporate childcare center both in Dallas and Columbus, Ohio. Every day is a learning experience for me; the children are my teachers. I want learning to be interesting and part of a child's every day life. I want to see children curious and excited to make a new discovery daily, no matter how small it is. I am grateful to have this opportunity to play and learn with your children.

    Miss Samantha - Assistant Teacher - The Zany Zebras - My name is Miss Sam. I have been working in childcare for four years. I am currently a student at YSU where I am majoring in Early Childhood Education. I look forward to working with you and getting to know you and your family!

    Miss Kristen - Pre-K 2 Teacher - The Learning Leopards - Hi! I earned a Bachelor's degree in Education with a concentration in Language Arts from YSU. I recently returned to Ohio after working as a reading specialist for one year and a kindergarten teacher for two years in Naples, Florida.

    Miss Laura - Teacher Assistant - The Learning Leopards - I started my career very early, becoming an aunt at the age of three. I am now the proud aunt of 13 nieces and nephews and the great aunt of 7. Before moving to Ohio in July, I was a nanny for two years. I am also the proud mother of two teenagers, a daughter and a son.
