David O'Brien: Owner Along with his wife Amber, David is the owner of The Goddard School® located in Baltimore (White Marsh). After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College, David spent his entire career (22 years) working in the field of education. David looks forward to creating an environment both parents and children are proud to attend.
Amber O'Brien: Owner Along with her husband Dave, Amber is the owner of The Goddard School located in Baltimore (White Marsh). She and Dave are the proud parents of three children - two daughters and one son. Amber attended Gettysburg College in southern Pennsylvania where she majored in English and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education. Immediately after completing her degree, Amber began earning her master's degree in reading education from Towson University while teaching third grade at Nottingham Elementary in Oxford, Pennsylvania. In college, she had a dream that she would someday open her own School. This dream developed into the opening The Goddard School located in Forest Hill where she spends the majority of her time. Their special area of focus is reading. Amber looks forward to sharing her love of reading with each child entering the School's doors.
Krystle Molite: Education Director Ms. Krystle began her career at The Goddard School located in Forest Hill, Maryland in August of 2007 as a Get Set teacher. In January 2008, she began her new position as a Co-Director here at The Goddard School located in White Marsh! She received her bachelor’s degree in family and community services from East Carolina University and is currently working on her master’s degree in early childhood education at Towson University. She also has her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Krystle enjoys working with children because she loves to see them learn and grow in a fun and safe environment. She is thrilled to be a part of their childhood and looks forward to watching them develop throughout their time here at The Goddard School.
Kim Spriggs: Education Director Ms. Kim began her career at The Goddard School in June of 2009. She graduated from Mt. Olive College with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and is currently pursuing a master's degree in early childhood education from Arizona State University. She also has her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. For the past twenty years, she has worked as a teacher and as a mental health consultant in the early childhood field. During her years working with children, she has had the opportunity to work with many children who have special needs. She feels very lucky to have a career that she is passionate about and enjoys working with the children and parents at The Goddard School. She enjoys being able to have the opportunity to help children reach new levels of development as they grow and mature.
Amy H.: Floater Ms. Amy began her career at The Goddard School in April of 2009. She received her associate’s degree in culinary arts from Baltimore International College and is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in early childhood education from Penn Foster University. She has both her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Amy enjoys watching children grow and learn through new and exciting experiences. She enjoys watching children complete new goals and tasks!
Kristy D.: Amazing Orioles (First Steps) 2008 Teacher of The Year Ms. Kristy began her career at The Goddard School in January of 2008. She is one of the school’s original teachers and she has worked for The Goddard School franchise since 2006. She has her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in child development from Frostburg State University and is currently pursuing her 45-hour infant/toddler certification. Ms. Kristy enjoys working with children because she loves watching them learn and experience new things.
Debbie F.: Reading Rockfish (Pre-Kindergarten) 2008 Teacher of The Year Ms. Debbie began her career at The Goddard School in January of 2008 and is one of the school’s original teachers! She received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She also has both her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Debbie enjoys working with children because they are always so eager to learn. She always strives to make a positive impact on the young children in her classroom.
Ashley B.: Baby Blues (Infant 1) Ms. Ashley began her career at The Goddard School in April of 2010. She has her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Ashley enjoys working with children because she feels they are always able to surprise her in one way or another.
Meredith K.: Baby Blues (Infant 1) Ms. Meredith began her career at The Goddard School in August of 2011. She received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Lock Haven University and has a 90-hour preschool certification. Ms. Meredith enjoys working with children because she enjoys being a part of the development of the whole child and believes that children are unique in their own ways.
Pam B.: Talented Terps (Infant 2) Ms. Pam began her career at The Goddard School in March of 2011. She has both her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Pam enjoys working with children because she feels that children truly are a joy to be around and she loves teaching them new things!
Lauren A.: Talented Terps (Infant 2) Lauren is ecstatic to be working at The Goddard School! She is happy to be teaching in our classroom of 12- to 18-month-olds, but loves to work with all ages. She has previous experience working in a classroom for children from 16- to 22-month-olds. She attended Goucher College in Towson, Maryland and graduated with her bachelor's degree in psychology. She aspires to bring her knowledge and understanding of childhood developmental psychology into her experience as a teacher at The Goddard School.
Katelyn G.: Amazing Orioles Ms. Katelyn began her career at The Goddard School in January of 2011. She is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in dental hygiene from CCBC Essex. She also has a 90-hour preschool certification. Ms. Katelyn enjoys working with children because she feels it is rewarding to know that she is responsible for their care!
Jessica H.: Amazing Orioles (First Steps) Ms. Jess began her career at The Goddard School in January of 2011. She has her 90-hour preschool and her 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Jess enjoys working with children because she loves to see them learn and grow knowing that she was a part of it! She feels that teaching is very rewarding and could not imagine doing anything else!
Amy M.: Noble Steeds (Pre-Toddler) Ms. Amy began her career at The Goddard School in February of 2008. She has her 90-hour preschool certification and is currently pursuing her 45-hour infant/toddler certification. Ms. Amy enjoys working with children because she feels that it is very rewarding to watch them grow and learn new things!
Deanna B.: Noble Steeds (Pre-Toddler) Ms. Deanna began her career at The Goddard School in October of 2010. She received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Villa Julie College and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in reading and literacy. Ms. Deanna enjoys working with children because she loves to see the satisfaction on a child’s face after learning something new!
Alicia G.: Forgiving Flowers (Toddler) Ms. Alicia began her career at The Goddard School in August of 2011. She received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Towson University. Ms. Alicia enjoys working with children because every day is different and poses a new and exciting challenge! She loves being able to teach children new things and making an impact on their lives.
Sara D.: Forgiving Flowers (Toddler) Ms. Sara began her career at The Goddard School in August of 2011. She has her 90-hour preschool certification and plans to pursue her associate’s degree this coming summer. Ms. Sara enjoys working with children because she feels they are the most honest and innocent people in the world! She has a great passion for teaching children and it brings her joy to work with them on a daily basis!
Cherrell D.: Steadfast Snails (Toddler) Ms. Cherrell began her career at The Goddard School in January of 2010. She received her bachelor’s degree in child development from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore. She also has both her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Cherrell enjoys working with children because she feels it is very rewarding to watch them grow and learn new things.
Rosie R.: Dosie Do's (Get Set) Ms. Rosie began her career at The Goddard School in April of 2010. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business from University of Maryland, University College. She has received her 90-hour preschool certification. Ms. Rosie enjoys working with children because she feels that children are always in a good mood and their attitudes are contagious!
Claire R.: Dosie Do's (Get Set) Ms. Claire began her career at The Goddard School in April of 2011. She received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Towson University. She has both her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Claire loves working with children because she loves to watch them grow and learn new things. She enjoys coming to work each and every day because she has so much fun with the children in her class!
Allie B.: Joyful Jousters (Preschool) Ms. Allie began her career at The Goddard School in March of 2010. She received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Towson University. She has both her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Allie enjoys working with children because she loves their positive energy and honesty! She loves to teach them new ideas and concepts on a daily basis.
Angela D.: Faithful Friends (Preschool) Ms. Angela began her career at The Goddard School in January of 2011. She received her associate’s degree in general studies at CCBC Essex and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in child development from Walden University. She also has her 90-hour preschool certification. Ms. Angela enjoys working with children because she feels great to be a part of their development process. She loves the feeling she gets when she sees her students accomplish new tasks!
Jennifer C.: Faithful Friends (Preschool) Ms. Jennifer began her career at The Goddard School in October of 2011. She received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Georgia State University. Ms. Jennifer enjoys working with children because she feels they are always open to new ideas and are excited to learn. She feels that children have a large amount of positive energy and they really know how to keep her on her toes!
Amanda B.: Cheerful Checkerspots (Preschool) Ms. Amanda began her career at The Goddard School in March of 2012 and is a preschool teacher. She received her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of North Florida and a teaching certification. Ms. Amanda enjoys working with children because she loves to watch them learn new things! She feels that it is very rewarding to work with young children each day!
Laura H.: Cheerful Checkerspots (Preschool) Ms. Laura began her career at The Goddard School in November of 2008. She has her 90-hour preschool certification and is currently pursuing her 45-hour infant/toddler certification. Ms. Laura enjoys working with children because she feels there is nothing more rewarding that seeing a child learn what she is teaching them!
Tracy S.: Skillful Skipjacks (Pre-Kindergarten) Ms. Tracy began her career at The Goddard School in February 2008. She received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood leadership from Villa Julie College. She also has both her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Tracy enjoys working with children because she loves to teach them new things each day!
Blair W.: Skillful Skipjacks (Pre-Kindergarten) Ms. Blair began her career at The Goddard School in January of 2012. She received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Towson University. She also has both her 90-hour preschool and 45-hour infant/toddler certifications. Ms. Blair enjoys working with children because they are so carefree and open to learning about the world around them! She is so happy to have the opportunity to give them a positive learning experience that they can carry with them through their schooling.

Amanda S.: Assistant Teacher Ms. Amanda began her career at The Goddard School in September of 2008. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education at Towson University. She has her 45-hour infant/toddler certification. Ms. Amanda enjoys working with young children because she loves to see their excitement when they learn something new!
Kristina R.: Assistant Teacher Kristina is thrilled to be a part of the team at The Goddard School located in Baltimore! She is currently working to earn a degree in early childhood education at Harford Community College and will transfer to Towson State to finish the last two years of her bachelor's degree.
Mallory G.: Assistant Teacher Mallory recently graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a bachelor's degree in education studies.
Helen R.: Assistant Teacher Ms. Helen began her career at The Goddard School in October of 2011. She currently has a 90-hour preschool certification. She is currently pursuing both an associate’s degree in early childhood education from CCBC Essex. Ms. Helen enjoys working with children because they have an amazing thirst for knowledge. She enjoys being around children and likes working with them on a daily basis!
Anna V.: Assistant Teacher Ms. Anna began her career at The Goddard School in November of 2011. She is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in early childhood education from CCBC Essex and her 90-hour preschool certification. Ms. Anna loves working with children because she can help develop their skills and abilities! She also enjoys the feeling that she gets when she is able to facilitate a positive relationship between the students, family and faculty!

She currently has her 90-hour preschool certification. Ms. Rachel enjoys working with children because she loves to teach and create a positive impact on children’s learning.
