The Anthony A. Martino Memorial Scholarship is named for the late founder of The Goddard School® and entrepreneur who started several other well-known franchise companies including Aamco Transmissions, Inc. and Maaco Auto Painting and Bodyworks, Inc.

The scholarship is intended to provide financial support to a graduate from The Goddard School® who currently demonstrates the work ethic and perserverence that exemplified Martino's commitment to his career, familiy and community. Graduates are eligible for the scholarship during their junior and senior years of high school for use toward an accredited higher education program.
  • Applicants must be graduates of The Goddard School® Pre-Kindergarten and/or Kindergarten programs.
  • Applicants must submit a completed application form (Scholarship Application) and a letter of recommendation from an unrelated adult.
  • Applicants must use the scholarship to attend an accredited college or university.
  • Only junior and senior high school students are eligible.
  • 2009 Applications must be received by February 13, 2009.
  • Relatives of the employees of Goddard Systems, Inc. or The Goddard School® are ineligible.
  • The scholarship recipient selection will be made without regard to race, age, gender, religion, political beliefs, employment status or any other factor which could constitute unfair or illegal discrimination.
  • Decisions of the Scholarship Committee are final in matters relating to the above practices.
  • Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of funds available and applicant eligibility.
