Meet Courtney

Meet Courtney Owner

Ms. Courtney joined The Goddard School team in 2024 and quickly became an integral part of our school community. In 2026, she officially stepped into the role of Owner, bringing her passion for people to the leadership of our school. Ms. Courtney is a proud graduate of Longwood University, where she met fellow Owner Ms. Kendall. Their lasting friendship makes the opportunity to work together and lead the school especially meaningful. From supporting our incredible faculty and staff to helping ensure that the day-to-day operations of the school run smoothly, she works behind the scenes to create an organized, positive, and supportive environment for everyone. She is proud to help foster a school environment where families feel welcomed, teachers feel supported, and children are excited to come through the doors each day. Outside of school, Ms. Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her family and visiting local wineries. She is grateful to be part of the Goddard community!
