Meet Stephanie On-Site Owner

As the on-site owner of The Goddard School® in Englewood Cliffs, I am excited to be part of the Goddard family and to bring my passion for education and child development to our school community. As a Stanford graduate and former senior executive at Fortune 500 and Global 50 companies, I have experienced firsthand the lasting impact of a strong educational foundation and a genuine love of learning. As a working parent, I also experienced the challenge of finding a high-quality early childhood education program for my two daughters. These experiences inspired my vision for a school that nurtures the whole child emotionally, socially, intellectually, and physically while building the confidence, curiosity, and critical-thinking skills children need to thrive in the 21st century. My goal is to provide every child with a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where they feel valued, discover their potential, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

What Our Goddard Village Is Saying

We love how dedicated, understanding and awesome the teachers are. They go above and beyond to accommodate everything, and they truly teach the kids skills- they feel like second parents while we’re at work. Thank you for all that you do- we appreciate it, especially given the fact that there is a pandemic right now. Stay safe and healthy!

I think my daughter has been receiving wonderful care in the two years she has attended the school. She is also constantly learning through play, which is great. I have also been very happy with how everything has been handled through this pandemic. We are happy to be a part of this school.

Grace's Mother

Toddler Classroom

My child has learned many things and matured a lot in the past 1.5 years at The Goddard School. He learned many basic skills such as using the potty, feeding himself, as well as many academical skills such as phonics, hand writing, scientific concepts, technological training, etc... The teachers are kind and caring. My child loves the school very much.

Colin's Mother

Preschool Classroom

The Goddard - EC staff is warm and accessible. They're in tune with the early developmental stages of children and respond to their needs, and help the parents during the transition. The building is spacious, open, bright, and welcoming. I love the app they use with regular updates on how my child is doing, as well as, photos from that day. I also like that I can leave notes for the teachers.
