Goddard School Owners are available to the children, families and faculty every day — and each School has a Director responsible for the FLEX Learning Program™ curriculum. This dual management system gives Directors the freedom to observe classrooms, mentor faculty, manage quality assurance and develop a healthy learning environment for each child.
